First time staying in Movenpick Living West Hanoi, its not centre but near local residential buildings and offices so price and things around very reasonable. I love the swimming pool with great view of city, the lounge for Diamond member is nice too. Definitely will come back here.

I had a pleasant stay, and I’d like to give special mention to Patrick, who kindly offered me and my girlfriend access to the executive lounge. Although my schedule was tight and I couldn’t fully enjoy it this time, I appreciated the gesture. I look forward to my next stay, by which time I’ll likely reach Platinum status. On the housekeeping side, I noticed some inconsistencies. The replacement of coffee and tea packs varied in both type and number, which affected the sense of consistency. Additionally, the complimentary fruit plate felt a bit underwhelming compared to expectations.

Overall it was a good stay at Movenpick Living West. We had 3 people and were offered a 2 bed room Suite with a very good price. The staff was nice and supportive, especially Mr Dzung and Mr Patrick at front desk. They also had beautiful executive lounge with access to the pool. Not much food at snack time at the lounge in the evening but there were variety of choices for breakfast. Huong and Marcus, lounge staff were attentive and helpful. Even though just 1 night stay, Movenpick impressed me. Thank you!
