We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out nothing could have been better. The room was beautiful, super location and the staff so welcoming. I dropped my scarf and did not know that I had until we got to the room and found it neatly folded and placed in our room without me even knowing I had dropped it. The concierge booked a great tour of Normandy for us. Antoine was great and must not ever go home because we saw him in the morning and again in the evening. We will stay with you all again on a return visit.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent, and the front desk and concierge staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing.For three consecutive days, neither bottled water nor coffee pods were replenished in our room. Despite calling room service and making two separate requests at the front desk, neither item was ever delivered. For a hotel of this caliber, these basic amenities should be replenished daily without guests having to repeatedly ask. While we appreciated the location, cleanliness, and hospitality of the staff, the lack of follow-through on such simple requests was frustrating and fell short of the level of service we expected.

Size if room and amenities were great. Restaurant was great. Hotel associates and staff were friendly and accommodating. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Easy to get access to transportation .

Easy check in, room was ready well before check in and that was greatly appreciated. The staff was calm and inviting with the unrest and protest that weekend. The short walk to great food and adventures was perfect for us. The room and beds surpassed our needs and desires. The bar and restaurant was a great place for fans to celebrate or commiserate after the game. We got to meet a lot of new people. The Staff told us this was their first large event with ON location and we would not have known this unless they had told us. They did an amazing job and handled the event like old pros.

The check in was very time consuming. It took us more than 20 minutes at the desk to check in. the breakfast was so poor- not for a 5star hotel. In the room was so cold even with the aircondition off. there was no heating in the room. The personell were very polite. The food in the bar was not good.
