On our arrival there were problems with our room. Bilal Jerbi stepped in and addressed all of the issues quickly and professionally. He was a true pleasure during the entirely of our stay. Always with a smile and a greeting to ensure everything was going well. He made our stay memorable. At the concierge desk we were also very pleased with the energy and assistance provided by Eve Lajouanie. She and the others on that desk deserve high praise for making our stay very enjoyable. Accommodations were unsatisfactory. Elderly couple who had difficulty managing an extremely high bathtub/shower in our room. When we approached guest services about this issue and requested another room they were not helpful at all.

As most of our rooms feature a bathtub with an overhead shower, we unfortunately had no suitable alternative available at the time. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Unfortunately there was fecal matter on the toilet. I did not report this because I didn't want to deal with it and we had 2 rooms so just used the other bathroom - but expect a much cleaner experience at a luxury property.

Waited up an hour for a sheet as the bedding was too hot. It never arrived. Asked about it the next day, nothing. Dirty cups and dishes never removed from room. I got ill at breakfast couldn’t even leave the room. Front desk totally not interested. Rude.
