I am submitting this feedback to highlight serious privacy violations, maintenance failures, and poor customer service during my stay: Unauthorized Room Entry: Staff entered my room despite both "Do Not Disturb" and "Do Not Clean" cards prominently displayed on my door handle. Entering a guest's room without permission is a direct violation of privacy. Failure to Deliver Prepaid Amenities: I paid for a rate package that included breakfast. Front desk staff gave contradictory statements—one told me to "hope there is food out early in the restaurant," while another explicitly assured me a boxed breakfast would be prepared for my 6:15 AM departure. At checkout, the front desk was unattended, no breakfast was ready, and management subsequently refused to refund the unrendered service. Subpar Room Maintenance: The A/C was completely non-functional, leaving the room stuffy and stagnant. Additionally, the room safe was locked open upon arrival, towels were stained, and there was no clock in the room. Operational Bottlenecks: At least one elevator was out of service for the entire duration of my stay, and peak check-in was severely understaffed, resulting in long wait times. This stay fell far short of basic hospitality standards. Management’s refusal to take responsibility for clear staff communication failures ensures I will not be returning to this or any other brand in your hotel group.

I stayed for 6 nights and found the hotel to be very conveniently located for the centre of Brussels with lots of shops and restaurants locally. The metro station is only a five minute walk away. The staff were really helpful and were able to accomodate me with an early check in. The executive room is spacious and comfortable and the shower is really good. The room was kept spotlessly clean each day. Breakfast provided a large variety of fresh hot and cold foods.

I very much like the Novotel Brussels city center. I had an executive room on the top floor that was wonderfully spacious, very clean and modern. Also, the restaurant and bar of the hotel are very nice. It is very conveniently located close to Pl. Sainte-Catherine which is a very lively area full of nice restaurants. Also, it is not far from the Grand Place and the surrounding areas full of restaurants, bars, etc. To eat fish, I very much recommend The Lobster House at Rue des Bouchers 34, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium. Also, this time I discovered a very nice, small and family run Chinese Restaurant offering really wonderful duck, it is Beijingya, Rue Melsens 8, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium.

Love your hotel once, great location and comfortable rooms but the quality of the service is not the same.

The location of this hotel is so convenient as you are a very short walk from shops, restaurants, metro station and much more. Great location, amazing breakfast and the addition of the pool and sauna is great. The view of Saint Catherine is exceptional! Only downside is that the rooms are quite out dated and need revamping, the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and the TV was extremely old.

Nice and clean Hotel with big rooms. Pool and Gym. Beautiful view over the city. Very good facilities and very central.Walking distance to all tourist attractions and public transport around the corner.

One night stay en route to another location. Novotel was everything we wanted for this. Accommodations were excellent, staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel smelled amazing, and my daughter was mightily impressed with the Rituals toiletries!

You must really renovate the room, especially the toilet and the bathroom. It is so not inviteing. And there were also dust in the roof. We did not want to look under the beds...

The room was quiet, appreciated. We got stuck in one of the elevators (center elevator), not appreciated. Breakfast was good.
