Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location for visiting the Old Town area and accessing the airport, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Your kind comments regarding most of our staff being pleasant and helpful are also greatly appreciated. However, please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointing experiences you encountered, particularly regarding the breakfast and lunch service. We are truly sorry that the breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations in both variety and quality, and we regret to hear about the cleanliness issue with the tables between guest sittings. This is certainly not the dining experience we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared seriously with our Food & Beverage and Housekeeping teams for immediate improvement. We also deeply apologize for your unpleasant experience at the bar before your departure. We regret the uncomfortable atmosphere, the delayed service, and especially that you had to leave without having your meal due to time constraints. This level of attentiveness and responsiveness is far below our standards, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. While we are happy that the room itself provided a comfortable stay, we sincerely regret that the overall experience left you disappointed.
