This hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms have a reasonable view of the hotel garden which was ok. Amenities could be requested rather than just placed in your room which I like as most of the amenities end up in a bin. Breakfast was really good with lot of choices and eggs any way you wished. The location is not in a developed part of the city, again if you like a window into life for the average Javanese it's great, if you don't appreciate this then you won't like this location. We found the people friendly, we felt safe and we enjoyed the history of this part of town. My only negative is the cluttered entrance and tiny reception area... this detracts from the hotel's grandeur and makes ith lobby feel cheap and tacky, when in fact this hotel is so much The pool is huge and very clean, a great asset on the hot and humid days. Staff were very professional and friendly.

I spent one night at this hotel and it was very comfortable, although there was one light in the room on the top of the closet I could not manage to switch off! Excellent variety at breakfast but the service should replenish juices etc. more quickly. Good dinner, again the service was a little slow. I was very disappointed to hear that I couldn't qualify for the Accor Points for my stay, but I guess that was my travel agent's fault (maybe he booked through a portal without telling me?).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially after being upgraded to the Executive Suite, which I understand is one of only two rooms of its kind in the property. What impressed me most was how the hotel successfully combines A. modern interior design with elegant Dutch-inspired artistic elements, creating A. unique and sophisticated atmosphere. Overall, my stay was excellent and exceeded my expectations. As someone who plans to visit and review all 50 Accor hotels across the Greater Jakarta area, I am pleased to say that this hotel has become the ninth property on my journey, and it certainly left A. memorable impression. I would also like to share A. suggestion regarding the room layout. There is A. transparent glass table positioned in an area that can be difficult to notice at first glance. Unfortunately, my aunt accidentally walked into it and suffered A. minor bruise. While this did not significantly affect our stay, I believe relocating the table or improving its visibility could help prevent similar incidents for future guests. As A. final suggestion, I believe the hotel could further enhance the loyalty experience for Accor Platinum members and above by being more generous with room upgrades whenever occupancy allows. While upgrades are always subject to availability, receiving A. meaningful upgrade beyond just one room category often creates A. memorable experience for loyal guests. From my observations within hotel enthusiast and frequent traveler communities in Indonesia, many guests place significant value on room upgrades as one of the most appreciated elite benefits. A. pleasant surprise upgrade often leads to stronger guest satisfaction, positive reviews, word-of-mouth recommendations, and increased loyalty toward the property. I understand that upgrade decisions depend on operational considerations, but when circumstances permit, A. more generous approach could become A. unique selling point that distinguishes this hotel from others within the market.
