Excellent hotel centrally located, overall our experience was great, we enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with several options of traditional Asian and western styled dishes, the rooms were exceptional and well spaced and we enjoyed the pools as well as whirlpool after a long day of walking around the city.

Good stay! However the room I booked looked bigger and with a small dining table when I did the original booking. I got a smaller room and no free upgrade as an accord plus gold member. The rooftop bar seem to have been closed during our stay as well. Staff were polite and friendly. Location was great right next to a metro station.

Check-in: Staff had all the knowledge about Accor Plus benefits, which I appreciate a lot! I was offered three welcome drinks upon check-in. Most Accor hotels only give me two coupons regardless of the total number of guests. They also offered to check me in early. Room: Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. I thought the bathroom would have less privacy based on the pictures but the two sliding doors can close all the way for complete privacy. Bottled water, tea, and coffee are replenished everyday. Staff: Most of them are fluent in English and was very easy to communicate with. Very warm and attentive. You can tell they are willing to help. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms everyday even though we didn't ask. Location: It's situated near to DDP, so it's really convenient. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby. Also, if you have tours booked, it's near the pick-up and drop-off point which is at the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park station. Special shoutout to the Gourmet Bar. They have great drinks and attentive staff! Best cocktails in Dongdaemun.

Nice and peaceful place to stay

The hotel was nice and clean. The concierge and reception staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Hotel room was spacious and the toilet was good, has separate door for toilet and another for bath. Toiletries (shampoo etc) were nice to use. Water pressure okay. The lounge at the 19th floor was simple and not too many food choices. It is better to eat your breakfast at the Food Exchange, where there's much more food choices. Housekeeping could do better. There was a used sock just underneath the bed, probably from the previous hotel guest. Other than that, everything was OK. This hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood, but the best part is that it's only 2 minutes walk to the airport limousine bus station, and 5 minutes walk to the subway. 2 stations away from Myeongdong station. Nearby walking distance is the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Great location! Overall, we had a good stay. We shall stay here again on our next trip to South Korea.

Good location, was upgraded which was a nice surprise from studio to deluxe residence. Easy reach to public transportation and walking distance to several markets.

Stay I. N. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We received a nice upgrade to a more spacious apartment. Apartment was well equipped and we managed to do our laundry after multiple weeks of travelling. We could also stretch out. Internet was fine but needed to relog in regularly. The location was very good, easy to access public transport while far enough away to be quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Near the shopping centre hub in Seoul as well. Will stay again if we visit Seoul again and will recommend to other travelers as well.
