I had a very nice stay in the residence studio even though I found the room to be much smaller than I had expected. It was convenient to have a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the room. The room was cleaned and well serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. It was a bit strange to find the closet in the bathroom but luckily my clothes did not get steamy. There's no place to put your suitcase but that was no problem for me as I did not have a huge luggage. I'd stay here again because the location is very convenient with several public transportation options nearby and the shops and restaurants are open until late.

We were very happy with our residence room. The ample closets, kitchen, washing machine, large TV were all utilized and greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was varied and had many options for Asians and non Asians. My only complaint was the elevators on the residence are SO SLOW. We need an express for our side to go to the 20th fl (restaurants) and the 1st floor (lobby).

Service was hit and miss, 1 person was extremely helpful and fast. Check-in and check-out was not friendly. Extremely long wait times for lifts on the Residence side, the average wait was about 8 minutes as there are only 2. The pool use needs to be booked and there are alloted times for breakfast - I have never experienced either process in 5 star hotels I have stayed in before. This is more of a 3.5 to 4 star hotel in my opinion.

I stayed with my 2 children, ages 20 and 23. I stayed with you because your option to have 3 twin beds was perfect for us. The room and cleanliness were fabulous. We were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The rest of the amenities were pretty good. I used the gym a couple times and was very satisfied with what it offered and the upkeep of the equipment. I only used the upstairs pool once. It was fine but the noise from the HVAC prevented it from being completely relaxing. I wish I knew the rooftop bar wasn't going to be open during our stay. I was looking forward to spending time up there and it was a let-down that it wasn't available.

The shower water is very slow and cold

Loved both residence room and its facilities, and then moved to a standard room and it was ideal especially with the view of the Namsan Tower. Lovely gift of Torridon products too and in room products lovely. Proximity to DDP and metro was excellent too!

My stay was mostly positive, but there is room for improvement. The room itself was okay—nothing spectacular, but perfectly fine for a short stay—and the AC worked decently well to keep things comfortable. However, the hallway on my floor had a really strong, unpleasant odor throughout my visit. If they can fix the hallway ventilation or cleanliness, it would greatly improve the guest experience.
