1) Hotel facilities (pool, fitness, Kids Zone) are closed on the first Tuesday of each month. In May 2026, it will be changed to May 12 (Wed). 2) Rooftop outdoor pool access limited to 19+ guests. 3) Swimming cap required for indoor pool. 4) Disposable items such as toothbrushes are not provided. 5) Pets not permitted (except guide dogs).

Amazing room and location. We splurged on the Premier King Size room and it was so spacious and amazing view on Seoul Tower. Many restaurants and shopping walking distance and open late! Convenient location to subway and public transit.

Thank you for having us. As a hotelier myself (and former Accor employee) I was especially impressed with the service and attentiveness. George was fantastic on check in and we were upgraded with an early check in as we had booked direct - something you really value having been in the industry. The room was perfectly enough and well located for what we needed. Didn’t use many of the amenities and didn’t have breakfast but the hotel gym was just enough for us!
