Well located, lovely rooms and great facilities. The only hiccup we had was having to wait upwards of 30-40 minutes for our car with valet on check-out morning, but other days we didn't have this issue. However, I believe something may have been wrong with the vehicle lift and we luckily had time to spare before our flight anyway.

Rooms were good, location good, staff were helpful though check-in was painfully slow. lift doors in far right corner are faulty. As we were leaving to go out in the Sunday morning a LATAM Pilot was also leaving when he gestured to my wife to go in the lift 1st the door closed on her right arm. It didn't sensor her and appears to be closing on too short a time delay. She now is experiencing tingling up her arm and a sore shoulder that she is receiving physio for.

I am a platinum and I was able to receive my upgrade, which I appreciated. I also really appreciated that there was a cocktail special that was included as the welcome drink. More hotels should do this, I’m so sick of the house wine. I appreciate this hotel specifically for that and for my welcome gift!

Had a great long weekend stay at this hotel. Close to theatres and shops
