25hours Hotels Employee & Family Offer: Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the "25hours Hotels Employee & Family Offer" (the "Offer"). This Offer is exclusively available to eligible 25hours Hotels employees and, where specified, their immediate family members, as a token of appreciation for their dedication and contribution. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Eligibility 2.1. The Offer is strictly reserved for current employees of 25hours Hotels and its affiliated entities (referred to as "Eligible Employees"). 2.2. Eligibility for immediate family members (spouse/partner and dependent children) may be granted for certain components of the Offer, as explicitly stated in the offer details. Proof of relationship may be required. 2.3. Employees must be in active employment status at the time of booking and during the stay. Resignation or termination of employment prior to the stay will result in the forfeiture of the Offer.
3. Offer Details 3.1. The Offer includes [e.g., discounted room rates, F&B discounts, specific package inclusions ] at participating 25hours Hotels properties. 3.2. 5. Rates & Payments 5.1. The discounted rates are non-commissionable. 5.2. All rates are quoted per room, per night, and exclude applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges unless otherwise specified. 5.3. Payment for the stay will be processed according to the hotel's standard payment policies. A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
6. Restrictions & Limitations 6.1. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, loyalty program benefits (unless explicitly stated), or corporate rates. 6.2. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. 6.3. Reselling or attempting to resell bookings made under this Offer is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, and potential disciplinary action. 6.4. 25hours Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
7. Conduct 7.1. Employees and their accompanying guests are expected to adhere to all hotel policies and codes of conduct during their stay. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of any remaining benefits.
8. Disclaimer of Liability 8.1. 25hours Hotels is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
9. Governing Law 9.1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country where 25hours Hotels' HQ is located, or relevant jurisdiction ].
