Lovely stay, appreciate all the little details with the decoration. I couldn't get the thermostat to work for air flow and temperature control. Leaving the window opened help but since it did get noisy at night, had to close the windows before bed. Front desk very helpful and professional. Would stay again.

Well located. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very nice facilities and decoration. Good wifi. The room was spacious, but the closet space was extremely limited. The heated floor in the bathroom area was not working.

Central location in Indre Re but the hotel feels a bit tired and unclean overall.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely,

Very quirky and fun. Good location but our room was on the street and it was very noisy on a Saturday night. Bar staff very friendly as were reception staff. Hotel was very busy.

Room overall was good, apart from not being able to control the temperature and having to keep the windows open, hallways are a bit dark with some ramps up and down, which can cause you to trip even if you’re being careful. Amenities were good and overall aesthetic of the place was good

Lovely quirky hotel, loved all the little features, room was amazing. Only trouble we had was spending 5 minutes trying to figure out how to turn out the lights in the room! And not easy to get luggage up to reception, no obvious signs point to the lift.
