I stayed before a work trip and I absolutely loved this hotel. The food was great, the decor was adorable, and it was very walkable despite not being in the city center.

The hotel has an amazing location in the quiet and elegant but still very central paper island . Great contemporary design , super friendly and helpful staff , overall cleanliness . The vibe in the reception is excellent making the guests feel welcomed and excited to chill there .

We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was stylish and comfortable, and we loved the location: Just off the beaten path enough to be quiet, but a short walk from attractions, restaurants, and museums. Our room was ready early, too, which is always a nice bonus (but not something we expect)...

Hotels usually has all the items you expected. This one has a shinning hard-working staff that makes your visit much appreciated. I needed to extend my stay with a third party booking which was restricted of changes within the same reservation. The front desk staff jumped hurdles and made it possible. One of my favorite part was how early the restaurant staff prepared fabulous Danish breakfast with healthy selection of fruits, yogurts and quality grain breads everyday . It really helped me to start my early morning public transit commute to office! 5 stars for Victoria, Maxi, Mario, Alberto, Miguel, Ferando, Lora, Julieta, Oscar, Mariana , Ada, Elora and many team members .

Very well located. The room was amazing and cozy

The staff were the best part, the room excellent, great bed, the view, stunning. My only suggestion is that the sink is fashion over function. Debris stayed in the square corners

Even before check-in, the staff was responsive to our questions. That friendly response continued throughout our six-night stay. We really enjoyed our canal-view room and felt comfortable just hanging out in the public spaces of this attractive hotel.
