The Bridge Hotel Wrocław was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were fantastic nothing was ever a problem and the location couldn’t have been better. Despite being so central, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I truly loved my stay here and, without a doubt, I’ll be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights from NYE. We had the Gala dinner on New Years Eve, and what a parry it was. Decorations, venue, food, staff, ambience, in fact everything about it was just amazing. The roof terrace to watch the fireworks around the city with free flowing champagne was probably the highlight of the night. Truly amazing 👏 If I tried i couldn't complain about any part of the evening. The rooms were large with individually controlled AC and the beds were so comfortable, but I personally didn't like the pillows, good quality feather pillows but just not for me. The showers could do with a bit more pressure, but that is nit picking. Overall an amazing hotel in a magic area. If I could give 6* I would have. Thank you so much Wroclaw Bridge Hotel staff, you all helped make a fantastic holiday 😀

We have had another excellent stay at The Bridge. Over the years we came to enjoy both hotel as well as its restaurant and, of course, its beautiful location. What impressed us this time is that the hotels hardware is really kept in very good condition and that the service levels got even better comparing to previous stays. In current times to see a hotel getting better and not vice versa deserves a special mention. I would like to highlight the attention we received from Mrs. Emilia from reservations prior to our stay and during our stay from Mrs. Alina and Mrs. Joanna at the front desk and from lovely Mrs. Malgorzata and Mrs. Darija in the Craft restaurant. Not to forget perfect services from housekeeping team keeping our room perfectly clean. Many thanks to all for another memorable stay and we do hope to visit The Bridge at the same time this year again.
