Great location and amenities. Enjoyed everything. Only issue was with TV channels available in room. Fox news was the single available English language channel. This is not acceptable as that network is not representative of unbiased news and not appropriate for an international english speaking market.

As always, the Mecure Hibiya always delivers. First time in the twin single room, however and space is not as good as the king room.

Such a great location, close to trains, food, shopping. The staff were super helpful and really attentive. Only downside was our room was quite small, fine for a couple of days but anything more it would be annoying as there isn't room for large suitcases. Everything is very dark and the bathroom is very small as well. But for our last 2 days in Japan it suited us fine. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar was well stocked. A very knowledgeable Californian Barman was working one of the nights and we had great chats, he knew is drinks and was so helpful in finding us great Japanese eats. One of our best meals was a little cook your own Lamb Yakiniku across the road, recommended by this young man.

Excellent accommodation in Tokyo. Exemplary Mercure standard. The breakfast is wonderful, with great variety, and the kitchen service is outstanding. In addition, the level of service from all staff is exceptional — from the reception to the cleaning team and the breakfast staff
