Very cool and classy hotel. Lounge was amazing but unfortunately lacked food options in the morning. Most other hotel lounges have better food for breakfast.

When checking in, the receptionist didn’t check with me on how many nights my booking was, just asked for my passport and card. My booking nights or whether I had breakfast included or not was not double confirmed. She didn’t explain that we could grab room amenities from the lobby, we found out on the last day towards checkout as we saw the drawers. She also put my key card folder straight down fully opened where people checking in next to me could see my room number which made me very uncomfortable. I was also not informed whether my Accor account was linked. I previously stayed in mercure Tokyo Hibiya and had a much more pleasant stay there. On any future Osaka trips I think I would reconsider my choices of booking mercure tokyu Osaka.

We had Lounge Access included in our stay. Minimal snacks were provided. Certainly no food. Breakfast was NOT included in the lounge access. All other ACCOR properties we've stayed at have included breakfast and offered food during evening time slot. Welcome drink (alcoholic) selection was minimal. No spirits included. Room was comfortable and serviced well.
