Celebrated my wedding minimoon for the stay and the location was fairly decent, 5 mins walk to nearest shimbashi station which was well connected, and walkable to Ginza for shopping as well. There were several restaurants and izakayas nearby too. Would recommend for those who are based or exploring the ginza/tokyo station area. Well renovated and modern fittings too. It was also a nice touch that the staff prepared a small welcome amenity with some snacks and prosecco for our minimoon! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a boutique style hotel very central to ginza and Hibiya and transport connections. The location is as good as it gets in Tokyo in my view. The staff were generally very helpful and the rooms modern and very comfortable. The rating would have been far higher but for the inconsistent service at the bar and restaurant. Some days we were told we had breakfast included in our package only to later find it was separately charged to our room. Other times orders took way too long and staff could not seem to be able to apply the accorplus discount to the bill despite several reminders. The food and drink quality was, however, excellent.
