The hotel is well located and close distance to Ginza market, although the buffet area is too small for the size of hotel which makes it very busy during breakfast hours and the hotel personnel are not supportive

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya. Travelling as a big group of 6 with toddler and elderly we had a variety of needs and requests to accommodate. Mercure Hibiya team was extremely helpful and patient making our stay pleasant and memorable. Hotel is very stylish, beautiful and clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Great location, few min away from Shimbashi metro, walking distance to Ginza.

Well located to Shimbashi station and well appointed but very small rooms. It really lacks value for money based on the many options in the area. I arrived 3 hours before check-in after an overnight flight with two children, whilst my room was ready I had to pay ¥30000 to access the room early, the equivalent of a nights accommodation (I’m a gold member). The room wasn’t made up the first night (they missed it and house keeping is not available after 5pm). Basis requests to reception were not actioned.

We book 2 rooms but one room suddenly had bad sewage smell in the early morning. That our 2 Son need to transfer to another room. We only got an apology letter not even a free breakfast coupon.

We understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially when traveling with your children, and we truly regret the disruption to your stay. At the time of your visit, there was sewage cleaning and related construction work taking place outside the hotel, which unfortunately contributed to this issue. Please rest assured that we have already forwarded this matter to our facility management team to investigate the cause thoroughly and to ensure preventive measures are in place moving forward. We also apologize if our response during your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, as it helps us improve our services for future guests.
