We stayed 3 nights. There was a annoying whistle in the 1st night's room on the window. Our 16 months old baby couldnt sleep. So we are. Because of this next day was awful for all of us..

We understand that you stayed with us for three nights, and I am deeply sorry to learn that during the first night you experienced a persistent whistling noise coming from the window. This disturbance made it extremely difficult for your 16‑month‑old baby to sleep, and as a result, none of you were able to rest properly. I can only imagine how exhausting and stressful the following day must have been for your entire family. Please accept my sincere apologies for the discomfort this caused. As previously mentioned, the issues you encountered—both with the room and with the service provided at reception—are being taken very seriously. Your comments have been shared with the relevant management team, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure that such situations are handled with far greater care, empathy, and professionalism. We will also reinforce hospitality training for our staff so that we can prevent similar experiences in the future and ensure that our service reflects the standards our guests deserve. If there is an opportunity in the future, we would be sincerely grateful for the chance to welcome you back and restore your confidence in our hotel. We had a fantastic experience. The location is good can walk to the nearest station. Can walk to tourist places which will save money. Family friendly hotel. Staffs were great and hotel is clean.
