the location its not real in ginza, but it was good, walkingable to tokyo station ginza and tsukiji market, 7eleven and lawson just 5 minutes walking, hotel and room was clean, and i loved that they had foot massager in the room, we can take amenities and refill water at the lobby, and we can leave our 2 big luggage because we go to hakone and back 2 days later, staff was friendly and honest, overall its a good hotel

The room size is what you would expect from Tokyo within this budget but it also comes with so much more in terms of amenities - shoe brush, pyjamas, lint remover, and a Japanese spa! There’s a shared microwave you can use as well as then option do wash your own clothes as well as sending them out for dry cleaning. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had very limited options.

Has been for short trip, for the price that is charged, at least complimentary water bottle could have been given. Rooms are small when compared to other hotels which charge much lesser than this. However close to my work place.
