I think Ibis Styles in Japan is especially good. I have been staying in this hotel a couple of times and always enjoy the cozy room and Onsen. Though the breakfast can be improved, overall experience is very good.

It was difficult to make the reservation through the Accor website.

So when I went back to my room at night after my work , I found out the housekeeper threw my 3 pieces of pajamas and 1 of my shirt on to the luggage bag wheels. The Yukata that I used the day before wasnt remove and left it there at the wardrobe. The toilet seat got some urine stain and it was not cleaned. Overall this is a very bad experience.

Trouble finding our booking at check-in. The booking was done by me, Nicholas McGlynn and second room selected and booked under Bryce B.. Your system appears to have associated the booking to Mr B. rather than me, even though I made the booking and i am the Accor member. No big deal, but thought you should know. Also my room 415 was very cold despite trying to get the heating working. that might need some attention from your maintenance people..
