Excellent service in a beautifully (presumably) renovated hotel. Very modern and excellent location. Rooms are very small for the price, but not that unusual for Japan.

The Superior Twin with Japanese Tatami was compact, but clean and functional, the heated loo seat a joy. Nearby Bar Paca was a great place to hang out whilst doing our laundry. Very quiet at night as this is more a business neighborhood. Suggest you buy sandwiches and beers at the local Lawson if you need a pit stop during the day and sit in breakfast lounge, which also offers free coffees to members. Good baggage forwarding service available here.

Excellent location. 10 mins away from the hustle bustle of Ginza. 2 stations & convenience stores within 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. Staff was sweet to offer access to Onsen on d top floor as we reached the hotel early morning.

Stay was generally satisfactory, service very good! However, I am still waiting to hear from you regarding the walking stick which we left in 308. It was disappointing that we couldn’t get a one-hour late check out for free, but was asked to pay.

The stay was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo Station (all of which within 20 minutes). There is a self laundry just behind the hotel. There are two convenience stores (Lawson and 7-Eleven, both within 5 minutes walk).

The location is a bit of a walk to the stations, but the spacious rooms more than make up for it. It's accessible via multiple train lines, and is about 1km away from shopping areas in Ginza. The location is in a quiet part of Ginza which makes it feel very peaceful. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating.
