This is a 6-minute walk from nearby metro stations and from the high-end, luxurious Ginza area of Tokyo. You will get a basic breakfast and a good hotel room with a bed (prefer a double bed if your boy or girl is less than 7-9yrs or triple bed if more than 9 yrs as the space is limited unless the kid is less than 3 years) with coffee machines, a microwave (11th floor), a paid washing machine (11th floor), and a Japanese bath area (11th floor).

While hotel staff was great, the location is relatively convenient and the room on Level 8 itself was good, it was too noisy to sleep well because of the wind all night. Our pre-teen daughter was very grumpy in the morning due to lack of sleep. It's probably because of the wind funnelling effect that either the designer didn't take into account or is beyond expectation from the designer (and definitely beyond control of the hotel operators). Nevertheless, we couldn't sleep well and somewhat defeated the purpose of staying.

While the wind‑tunneling effect you described can unfortunately occur due to certain architectural or environmental factors, we take your observations very seriously. Rooms are really small. No space for a bigger suitcase. AC very noisy. Welcome gift for Status members is a fruitjuice in a paperback. Room is however clean and contains everything necessary. Breakfast is ok - but breakfast area small
