We was so looking forward to our stay. The first thing we noticed that the rooms were definitely not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. But we can understand wear and tear. The other guests in the hotel were so rude and no one seemed to understand how to queue and wait their turn for anything. Constantly pushing infront of every line possible they need a better system because it’s so frustrating. We fell so ill with food poisoning by day 3 of our holiday and only had 2 days to actually enjoy ourselves. Has to go to the chemist across the road to get anti sickness meds etc. we couldn’t enjoy the rest of our holiday we were constantly sick and then only drank bottled water and ate chips as we dare not eat or drink anything. We made it back off the plane and my daughter threw up all in passport control. The whole holiday has been a nightmare that has cost us a lot of money. We are so disappointed and had high hopes for rixos. Our original holiday to Dubai had been cancelled so we rebooked this hotel in Egypt thinking the quality would be the same. We were so mistaken and we are so upset we wasted our holiday budget on this holiday that turned out to be an awful experience that we’re still recovering from.
