This was our honeymoon we specified it as well but maybe there was a lost of communication between agency and establishment. Although we specified it in check-in there were no attempts to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We had mostly negative experience with staff, including making us wait outside hotel under sun over 10 minutes with our luggages despite showing our reservation not even accepting us to the lobby when we tried to check in, which we have never seen in any hotel around world. There is lack of entertainment, mostly animation content, it is simply boring especially after hours with no pool access after 6 pm. There is lack of nets in balcony doors which leads to either getting sucked dry by swarm of mosquitoes or sleeping under AC. Electric sockets were not functional on both bedsides. Sea access was pretty mediocre. Red wine was horrendous. On bright side rooms were spacey and comfortable, pools were clean. Food in Sapphire restaurant was great, other reservation restaurants not so much. Aquapark was a nice experience.

I stayed in Room 1117 from Sep 22 to Sep 29, 2026. Very disappointed with Rixos Radamis!
Food: Terribly repetitive open buffet, lack of variety, very poor taste.
Bar & Staff: Basic drink requests were out of stock, staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Excursion: Paid boat tour broke down in the middle of the sea, got towed back, tour cut short, but we were still forced to pay full price!
Golf Carts: Waiting times were 30-40 minutes and carts always arrived overcrowded.
Management: Staff showed total indifference to our complaints and casually said "do whatever you want".
Unacceptable service for a 5-star hotel.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at the hotel. The service and staff were excellent, and everything was great overall.
The only disappointment was the room cleanliness and quality. The room and especially the carpet were not as clean as expected, despite requesting a deep clean. We also had an issue with the fridge, which was not cooling properly, and the fridge light was removed instead of being fixed.
The buffet was also quite repetitive, with almost the same food being served every day. Apart from these points, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall.

Everything was absolutely perfect, hotel staff, food, hospitality, Everything was exceptional but we had a problem with golf cars specially when we wanted to go to the aqua park and return ! It is a very long walking distance from the golf car stop place and to the aqua park ! I hope that you solve this issue and find a way / route to allow golf cars to go to the aqua park gate as it is really exhausting walking in the sun all.of this distance and it was not only my remark but other guests also complained the same so pls solve this issue soonest possible.

The hotel is truly beautiful, very spacious, and diverse—you never feel crowded, and there is never a dull moment. It was so complete that I didn't even feel the need to leave the resort during my entire stay, even though it was my first time in Sharm E. Sheikh (I only traveled from the airport to the hotel and back).
The service was excellent, the room was very large and lacked nothing, and the staff at reception and during checkout were exceptionally wonderful. The buffet had a great and varied selection.
My only minor feedback after a 7-night stay is regarding the grilled meat and kofta at the buffet; they were consistently quite tough/hard on multiple days. Overall, however, it was a fantastic experience!

the rooms are amazing, cleanliness is top-notch, the entertainment programs are great, and the location is excellent.
Unfortunately, our stay was deeply disrupted by a severe incident. A fight broke out at reception between a guest and a staff member. I was merely standing nearby as a bystander and had zero involvement. Despite CCTV footage confirming I had no part in it, an inaccurate police report was filed that included my name. As a result, I was taken to the police station and had to appear in court the following day, leaving my wife and two young children alone for two days.
To make matters worse, since my return, the entire lobby and reception team have been looking at me with hostility, treating me as if I were at fault. This has made my family and me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, there is heavy morning construction noise nearby that disrupts our sleep.
While the hotel itself, cleaning, and entertainment are high quality, management urgently needs to improve incident accuracy and staff behavior toward guests.

We had an amazing holiday at Rixos. The hotel was wonderful, very clean, and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and professional, from the lifeguards at the pools and the restaurant staff to the tuk-tuk drivers. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again! ❤️
