Dear Sir/Madam, I chose your hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I must say I am extremely disappointed that a hotel of the Rixos standard could have negatively impacted such an important occasion. Upon arrival, I attempted to reserve a table for four people at Salt Restaurant for March 11. On the morning of March 9, I spoke with a staff member responsible for reservations, who confirmed that the table had been booked. However, I did not receive any confirmation. On March 11, I returned to reconfirm the reservation, only to discover that no booking had been made. I emphasized multiple times that this was a very special occasion—my 50th birthday—but my concerns were not taken seriously. Although I was eventually given a table, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The table was not decorated, and the staff member responsible for seating guests appeared disengaged, spending most of the time on her phone. The quality of the food was far below expectations; it was not only disappointing but unacceptable. As a result, we chose to leave the restaurant, and unfortunately, my birthday celebration was completely ruined. I was also very surprised and disappointed that I did not receive any birthday acknowledgment or cake from the hotel. This was my fourth time celebrating a birthday in Sharm El Sheikh, and in three previous hotels I experienced exceptional service and thoughtful attention on such occasions. While I would like to note that the hotel grounds are beautiful and my room (8219) was comfortable, the overall service was poor, and it appeared that the hotel is understaffed. The main restaurant food was acceptable, though not outstanding. I also found it inconvenient that not all pools were heated, requiring guests to search across the property for a warm pool. Given this experience, I regret to say that I would not choose your hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. This was a significant disappointment. I understand that I am one guest among many, but I hope you take my feedback seriously and use it to improve your services. Yours sincerely, Raimonda Z.

The hotel offers a pleasant experience, featuring a spacious and well-maintained outdoor area. The food selection is varied and caters to a wide range of preferences. However, the room we were allocated showed signs of wear; the carpet was not entirely clean, and a cupboard door was loose and detached the moment it was touched. Additionally, I would not recommend accepting a room with an internal connecting door, as noise from the adjacent room can be very easily heard.

Lovely beach side hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Waiting staff very pleasant Food in restaurants was always cold or luke warm which was very disappointing. Sunbeds would of been a lot more comfier if had cushions on.
