Review of Rixos Radamis Hotel We spent a week at Rixos Radamis. The hotel gives a mixed impression: on the one hand, it boasts impressive infrastructure and entertainment options; on the other, there are noticeable shortcomings in service and accommodation quality. Pros: Large children’s play area. An excellent entertainment environment has been created for young guests: spacious playgrounds, a variety of attractions, and animators. The kids were thrilled and didn’t want to leave. Vast, well‑maintained green area. Walking around the grounds is a real pleasure. There’s plenty of greenery and flowers, neatly trimmed lawns, and cozy spots for relaxation. It’s clear that the landscaping is carefully maintained. Engaging evening shows. The evening entertainment programme deserves praise: performances by professional artists, themed shows, and live music. Each evening offered something new and exciting. Cons: Food: abundant but bland. The buffet offers a huge variety of dishes, but the taste of most of them leaves much to be desired. It feels like the chefs prioritise quantity over quality. Spices and seasonings are used sparingly, making the dishes seem bland. Poorly maintained rooms. We stayed in the Blue Planet building, and the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The furniture is worn out, some plumbing fixtures are faulty, and the decor needs updating. It seems like the rooms haven’t been renovated in a long time. Low‑quality housekeeping. Room cleaning service clearly needs improvement. Floors and surfaces often remained dusty, garbage wasn’t always taken out regularly, and towels weren’t always changed on time. Dirty glasses in the bars. We repeatedly noticed fingerprints and streaks on glassware in the bars. This is unpleasant and detracts from the overall impression of the service. Red flag constantly flying on the beach due to waves. Avoid the Blue Planet building if travelling with children. Open‑air disco ends at midnight. Conclusion: Rixos Radamis is suitable for those who appreciate a large green area and a rich entertainment programme, especially for children. However, if comfort in the room and high‑quality dining are important to you, you might want to consider other options. The hotel has potential but requires serious work to address the identified shortcomings.

I recently stayed at Rixos Radamis Hotel, and I truly had an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Menna from the reservation team for making the booking process smooth and effortless — her professionalism and kindness set the tone for a great stay. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ahmad Abdel Fattah from the concierge team. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready with guidance and support whenever needed. And a big thanks to Habiba and Aya from guest relations. Their warm hospitality and constant check-ins made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit.
