This hotel is relatively well appointed. The thing that lets it down is the entire team that is working there. Chaotic check-in staff that was poorly trained to disinterested bar staff that ignores customers. Breakfast had a basic spread and was constantly in a mess, dirty and staff hardly kept up with cleaning the food areas and the tables.

Upside: Great location close to entrance of Grotten de Han, Comfortable rooms, decent bedding, Nice swimming pool. Downside: understaffed at restaurant and breakfast moments --> chaos during buffet, no "room" for diner despite many empty tables.

We like the family bed room with 2 bunk beds and double bed, enough space for 4 people. The swimming pool is alo great, warm water and clean. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. The location of the hotel is right next to the ticketing office of Grotte de Han. We parked near the church across the hotel but there is also a basement parking at hotel.

The room was rather small with an uncomfortable bench below the window instead of a relax chair. The beds provided a good sleep. A coffee machine is provided in the room. The toilet support was broken. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The price for breakfast at 26.-€ per person is high. The prices in the restaurant are also relatively high and food selection is limited. Fortunately due its location there are a few restaurants in a short walking distance. Parking fees of 18.-€ are extreme taken into consideration the location in a sleepy village in the country side.
