I'm not happy at all with Ibis as they haven't responded to my e mails about cancelling my 5 rooms at Mons with no notice and no refund. However, the reception guy at Charleville Mesier was awesome. He called me in advance to say the restaurant was closed. He also ran the reception desk and the bar and ordered pizza on our behalf. If only everyone you employ was like this fellow. Didn't get his name but I'm sure you can find out who he was. Thank you to him. Not so impressed with Ibis. Where's my refund ?

Good parking for the motorbikes, nice spacious rooms, beds fine, decent aircon, nice meals and great staff. Shame about the large group of noisy cyclists who took over the carpark then banged their room doors loudly between 5.45am and around 7am.

Ideal overnight stay on our way from Burgundy in France to the Netherlands. A pleasant welcome. An excellent dinner, courteous and pleasant serving team. If needed, there is a retail centre near by.

lovely friendly staff, secure car park, and a great restaurant. Despite not speaking French, every did their uptmost to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Bed was very comfy, and the coffee at breakfast was excellent.
