I always enjoy staying at ibis Surabaya Tidar. Every time I visit Surabaya, this is my preferred hotel because of its comfort and very strategic location. However, one area that needs improvement is the lobby, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. I hope the hotel management can address this issue to make guests feel even more comfortable during their stay. Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Surabaya.

The hotel is strategically located, with lovely views and attentive service. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, although there are a few areas that could be improved. The soundproofing could be better, as noise from outside the room was occasionally noticeable. I also feel that the in-room dining menu could benefit from an update, with more variety to choose from. That said, these were relatively minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
