- Mercure is a peaceful location, beautiful view and clean air -> Good for relaxing and ocean-breeze lovers. - Food is not so abundant, when some dishes in containers were empty, they were not replenished up instantly, coffee bean is nice though. - Restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner is not so attentive to customers in my first 2 days. The last day is ok. Especially, at my 1st-day dinner, steam rice was not cooked well (hard), but a restaurant female staff did tell us her solution after she took away the steam rice bowl while we're so hungry. Then, I asked another staff, she just started to tell me, after that Mr H. - manager came to explain but he did not explain specifically, he jus talked very shortly and fast then went away. It's good that on the next day, the steam rice was cooked well softer. - A parking man at the 1st day I came was not nice, he talked quite rudely and hit my car to guide me to park my car. - Entrance luggage guys on the 1st day I checked in were attentive and supportive. However, a entrance luggage guy on the last day I checked out was careless, he lifted up our luggages using telescopic handle without retracting it to put the luggages on my car trunk, it's risky to be broken. Please remind all luggage guys to note not to do again. - I appreciate room cleaners and lifeguards at swimming pool. I just want to share my review above in order that the hotel will note and improve better. In general, we had a relaxed stay at Mercure.
