We booked a more expensive room because they said it will oversee the sunset directly but instead was put on the ground floor room that oversees the pool. Since the weather was gloomy, it doesn't make much of a difference but we could've chosen the cheaper one. Room was spacey, service was good, the pool and the private beach was awesome. The minibar price was ridiculous, 3USD for a bottle of water - it's like they don't want us to use it at all. Breakfast was disappointing. The variety was limited, buffet space was small it's easy to bump into someone, and the taste was not 4 start-worthy.

This is a great hotel for a vacation. However, I would not recommend it for long term business travelers due to its location. The staff are dedicated, professional, and exceptionally friendly. I would especially like to commend Ms. Duyen, the Front Desk Manager. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is truly impressive. She goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
