First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the various inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We are particularly sorry about the room keys repeatedly becoming inactive. Having to come back to reception several times to have them reprogrammed is certainly frustrating, and this is not the experience we want for our guests. We also sincerely apologize for the temperature in your room and for the fact that the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room sufficiently. We understand how uncomfortable this can be, especially when it affects your sleep. Your comments regarding the temperature settings and the air conditioning will be forwarded to our technical team so that the situation can be checked.
