We were placed there because our flight was full so we were put into the flight on the following day. Everything was great. Our check-in experience wasn't exactly great neither was it bad. Just felt like the person could been a lot more welcoming and warm. There were 4 of us and we all shared the same experience. I wouldn't recommend the Wagyu steak burger, it was so dry. Breakfast was great otherwise.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious, great food, quiet rooms. I plant stay when I have an early morning flight or fly in late in the day. My only complaint is needing to use the checkin Kiosk. As a Platinum member, it would be nice to be greeted by a real person.
