The location was good but the overall experience was disappointing. The room was noisy, basic welcoming ammenities in the room were non existent. Almost impossible to speak with anyone for room service or receiving a response. Once the food finally arrived it was stone cold and unacceptable. Tried to again contact room service to provide feedback but gave up. Upon checking out I asked to speak with a manager to provide feedback and was told there was not a manager. I was informed that I would be contacting in regards to requesting that the room service was removed from my bill and I was never contacted. Unfortunately very low standard of service and I unfortunately would never stay here again.
