We checked in late as we had an early flight the next day. Parking entry was a bit hard to find on this first stay, but lots of parks available. Lots of people waiting to check in but no delays as all desks were manned and it took only moments to be on our way to our room. Service was calm and friendly. Room was good, with a comfortable bed and good, quick hot water. We basically slept and left so can’t comment on food.

At check in we encountered that the booking was incorrectly recorded resulting in checking taking a considerable amount of time and frustration
