Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience of being charged for items you did not consume and for the lengthy process required to resolve the issue. I understand how disappointing it must have been to spend a week following up before the matter was resolved, and then to be advised that the refund could take up to 10 business days to be processed. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.
