I love staying at a hotel near a station on the Yamanote line. Close to the airport as well as Shibuya and Ginza. Service at the restaurant for breakfast is always excellent and I appreciate the size of the room and the location close to convenience stores and restaurants.

I stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city quickly. The hotel staff were outstanding. I’d especially like to mention Brandon in the Executive Lounge, whose English communication skills were excellent. My room was a comfortable size, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the Executive Lounge was very enjoyable—especially the delicious sweets at Afternoon Tea!

Stayed 4 nights at Pullman Tamachi. Much appreciated for the room upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was relevantly big compared to other same-level hotels in Tokyo. Housekeeping was nicely done and fast, so that we could get back and rest in the room on early afternoons. Breakfast was good with many dishes to choose from. The Lounge was a bit small, to my experience, compared to some other hotels I have stayed, still, it offered us a good variety of drinks and snacks.
