We had 2 rooms with our kids in a 2 bed room and we had a king bed room. The kids room was nice but our room was strange in that it had no enclosed bathroom, only an enclosed toilet but the shower was enclosed in the middle of the room. You dried off, shaved, brushed your teeth etc out in the open, very strange. The room only had 1 chair and no couch so when the kids came to discuss things they had to sit on the window sill. My husband went down to the front desk and said he was unhappy with the room and the front desk staff just said sorry but there was nothing they could do. The person who told us about your hotel said he had a great room with a king bed, sofa, and an enclosed bathroom. The front desk didn't even attempt to say they had nothing open today but maybe we could switch rooms the next day. Nothing was attempted to solve a problem with a customer being unhappy with a room that was costing over $500 US $. If my kids visit Tokyo again they will probably stay at your hotel but my husband will not.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for travel. The Yamanote line goes to Shibuya and Shinjuku, and the subway provides access to Dome City and Akasuka. This allows for flexible travel plans every day. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful. The room had a large, comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the breakfast buffet; it was delicious and varied. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially in the lounge. I learned a lot about managing crowds around Tamachi station in the mornings. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again. It's incredibly convenient and comfortable.

As a platinum member, I was heading to the Accor member queue for check in, but the staff standing at another side greeted me asking me to go to him. The check in process took much longer than normal, as whatever question I asked, this staff cannot answer, and said ‘ pls wait a moment, let me check’, then walked to the staff at Accor member queue for help. After a long wait , we went up to the rooms the key unlocked the lift to the 7/f which is where our room was at, but only when reaching the room, none of the keys work. I had to carry my luggage going back to the lobby again to get this sorted. While my husband was waiting at the very warm corridor. This is totally unacceptable and very frustrating for me as a loyal customer. I will request for an official reply on this incident.
