We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning before our Japan adventures conclude. We were exceptionally well looked after by the entire team, and it was a genuine pleasure to see a familiar face, Reza, from Pullman Jakarta Indonesia. We wish him all the very best as he continues his experience in Japan. Every member of staff we encountered were outstanding. From the gracious handling of my accidental breakage, to efficiently arranging luggage forwarding, preparing three delicious packed breakfasts, and the warm and welcoming hospitality extended by Brandon in the lounge. Our sincere thanks to the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

The size of the room was great for Tokyo. Love that there were two spacious closets as well. The train view was nice and can’t beat the location if you plan on using the subway. We mostly used uber because we usually needed transportation during rush hours and I didn’t want to contribute to the congestion. We only used it during non-peak hours so as not to get in the way of people going to work. The rooms and hallways could use a refresh. The bathroom walls by the sink are lined by wallpaper that has a lot of stains and the rug under the bedroom should be replaced. I can see why a bunch of people said it’s not a 5 star hotel but for me where they stand out is service. Everyone was very nice and concierge helped me with a tricky reservation. The worst part is probably the breakfast and executive lounge we paid extra for. I think there needs to be more staff monitoring the buffet and making sure that all guests are using proper hygiene. There was a large group of Indians during our Star that had young boys maybe 12 years or so and they were grabbing food with their hands and getting their fingers in the sauce station and wiping it on the serving table! Really disgusting but nobody was monitoring that. They should have someone monitoring and kick out those with poor hygiene. I was with my 10 year old girl so it’s really not a kid thing just poor behavior. As for the lounge, we spent a total of maybe 15 minutes for our entire 10 day stay. The hours are so inconvenient for travelers. They open late and close early so we’re never able to catch it. Hope they can consider closing a bit later like 9pm at most other executive lounges. Otherwise it’s really not worth the cost. Overall, I thought the stay was decent. I’d probably stay here again because of the room size and sound proofing but they should really make some improvements.

Frequent Visitor of Tokyo, lucky enough to received family and friends rate to visit the hotel. However for what it cost, all i can say is that this Pullman product is not for me. Lobby is spacious with great vibe. Breakfast at Kasa is good with great variety. However, the layout of the room is poor. You have a share table top space for toilet basin, pantry (Coffee Machine, mine you the kettle is inside a drawer) and a work desk all into one with a power socket that is within splashing distance from the basin. The design of the length of the facet to the side of the basin is so close you can barely fit your hands underneath. Water pressure overall is poor. Carpet feels damp especially around the basin area (not surprise). No space to hang towel. I guess the hotel is designed for people with shorter stay with minimal luggage (1-2days travel).
