we managed to have good rest during the stay (Room 1307) as we requested to be allocated to a quiet room not adjacent to any occupied room including not facing highway. The reason of our request is that many main entrance doors to the room is emitting squeaky sound from the door hinges. I had in the past reported this and the hotel had promised to address the issue however until now the problem still persists. This problem is not a problem to hotel management and housecleaning team BUT it is a huge problem to hotel occupants as they are the ones going to hear this unnecessarily in the middle of the night and the problem is worse when some occupants keep opening and closing the main door. Please look into this seriously. This may not seem like an issue to you at all but imagine you have to hear this at your own home. Just put yourself in the occupant's shoes and imagine

Check in/out was fast and staff was amiable throughout my stay. Location was ok, not too far from Sunway Pyramid. The only minor drawback was that housekeeping was a little late on my last day of stay. Other than that, a very decent stay.
