Stayed 1 night as a sleepover for a bike trip. Easy 10-15min walk from terminal, even with a large bike bag. Service at check in to restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay for coming or going from GVA airport.

Sparse room. No fridge, no cold water, no kettle. You should be clear about the absence of these so people can make an informed decision before booking as I would assume these basics yo be included in a hotel room at this price point.

The hotel is nice, conveniently located and clean - no complaints. However, the entire amount for stay was charged a week in advance, even if I had a flexible option booked and note that the payment will be made at the hotel. This is not something that should happen and more care should be made for this, as it is highly unpleasant noticing that money has dissapeared from the bank account

Overpriced for a very basic room and no coffee facilities and was charged for one in morning. Always stay here as it’s very reasonable clean and tidy, but I would never pay that price again for the room that I got.

There was an error made during checking as the receptionist charged me full price instead of discounted price associated with the partial payment with points. I spotted the error, but it can across strange....not sure what is the catch there?

We have now stayed at this hotel twice. It offers very comfortable and clean rooms with great beds and showers. It"s also just an easy ten minutes walk from the main airport entrance. The welcome we received from the gentleman on reception was incredibly warm and efficient.
