The overall experience was amazing and every detail in room we loved . The room service presentation was very but in my opinion the burger and wings need a bit of work . Overall it was good Now we come to the part that really elevated the experience.. the employees. Every one was extremely helpful and attentive. A housekeeping staff member entered our room without knocking or asking permission. This is a serious breach of privacy that should never happen at any hotel, let alone Raffles. When we reported it, the staff initially acknowledged that the entry had happened. Then Security and Customer Service completely reversed their position and denied it ever took place. They also refused to show us the CCTV footage that would have settled the matter in minutes. Admitting something and then denying it is not just unprofessional, it is dishonest. We felt so unsafe and disrespected that we checked out at 9 PM, only 4 hours after arriving, and did not complete our stay. Not a single apology was offered by anyone at the hotel. We expected Raffles-level standards and got the opposite. I expect a formal response from hotel management.

I initially visited simply to inquire about the hotel and understand more about the experience, rooms, facilities, and arrangements. From that first interaction, I was treated with genuine care and patience. Everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully, and I was given the time and attention needed to feel completely comfortable and excited about choosing Raffles Jeddah for such an important celebration. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The sea view was truly magical and added something incredibly special to the entire experience. Looking out over the beautiful blue water and the Jeddah coastline from such an elegant setting was unforgettable. The view changed beautifully throughout the day, and every time I looked outside it felt just as impressive as the first time. There was something incredibly peaceful about waking up to the sea and seeing the light reflected across the water. It created a sense of serenity and made the room feel even more extraordinary. The combination of the spectacular Red Sea view, the beauty of Jeddah, and the elegance of Raffles created a setting that felt almost dreamlike.
