Please allow us to clarify that upon check-in, a pre-authorization was placed on your credit card for the total accommodation amount plus a security deposit. Upon your departure, this pre-authorization was released in full from our side, including the security deposit. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the release may take a few business days to appear on your account. Additionally, some card issuers do not send a notification when a pre-authorized amount is released, even though the funds have already been made available. If you have not yet seen the released amount, we kindly recommend contacting your card issuer, who will be able to confirm the status of the authorization.
