The location of this hotel is perfect near to the old town en good access if you travel by car For my liking the beds on the hard site bur rooms are well isolated so quiet.

Only one remark: when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the hotel garage was already full, so I had to park in a public parking garage in a nearby street.

I have experienced a confortable stay and enjoied good breakfast aldough I recomand to review your electrical system because I could not turn of the lights and to find solutions for parking because there was no parking available at the hotel, I received no good indication where to park and I received a fine.

We booked last minute and didn't have much choice left nor a high expectation but this hotel really surprised us! very friendly staff, perfectly clean, central location, cosy and well-thought in the details. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and very inclusive: celiac-friendly with different kinds of toasted gluten-free bread and many gluten-free options within the warm dishes, vegan and vegetarian options, a whole section dedicated to children's breakfast with no-sugar food. The drinks are available for free the whole day.

I called directly to the hotel (most likely Saturday 18.4 at 11:06 a.m.) for the reservation for myself Mr. Tommi Rättyä and Mr. Jaakko Kytö. I made reservation from Monday 20th to Friday 24th. The male whith whom I talked promised that it would not be a problem if we would change our plan and leave earlier. However, when we wanted to leave on Thursday morning it seemed to be very difficult to refund the last night. Finally the receptionist managed to make the refund for me and Mr. Rättyä. When I write this one week later the refunding is still missing for Mr. Kytö.
