Didn’t expect the hotel to have so many fun facilities. The padel court was a nice surprise, and I ended up spending quite a bit of time in the arcade area trying out the games and claw machines. The massage chairs were also great whenever I just wanted to sit down and relax. Shoutout to Gebi for being super friendly and helpful during my stay. Overall, the hotel had a really nice vibe and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

This was my umpteenth visit to this hotel, and this last stay was by far the best. It all started with a message from Ms. Gebrina regarding my booking. The way she communicated was fabulous, clear, warm, and very comfortable. Her assistance throughout the booking process was excellent, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. The room decoration was also amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. During check in, Mr. Putra was an absolute gentleman. He welcomed me warmly and treated me with great professionalism. His hospitality made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. A huge thank you to both Ms. Gebrina and Mr. Putra for making my stay so memorable. One thing is for sure, this hotel will always be my first choice whenever I stay in BSD..
