One thing that is outstanding in the hotel is the foods and the restaurant staffs (Mr Tawfiq, Mr Sankarean and Mr Kamar). Not to forget whoever the chef who cooked Nasi kerabu, Mi goreng mamak, Mutton varruval and briyani kambing, morning breakfast (nasi lemak, nasi minyak and ayam masak merah), you are the best!!!. These are the super delicious local meals that only some great local chefs could nail it and the chefs in the Mirror restaurant in the hotel have just made it right. Right here means accurate great taste that could bring one back to his/her kampung eating the comfort food at home made by their mothers. Thanks chefs.

Overall great experience. Check in and check out process goes smooth. No issue over the room. Just a bit off at arrival, no staff really there to help over your luggage. Been here few times and it is always same issue, nobody care on your arrival.

The hotel staff threw away some of the items that we left on the table , also didnt replace the items that they cleared

I have stayed at Mercure Trion for most of my trips to KL since first opening. During my previous stays, I experienced issues with loud noise that affected my sleep. The hotel assured me that this would no longer be a problem. However, during my recent stay (up to my last night), I am still facing the same issue. The noise is disruptive, and I was unable to sleep until 12:00 AM.
