This is not the first time I stay in the same hotel, it was always satisfying. This time can feel that the cleaning needs to improve especially at the bathroom.

Overall stay was pleasant. Only thing the hot water for bathing only warm, unable to have a nice hair bath. Location bit away from attractions, the shuttle to the LRT should be more often with return trips alsi

A beautiful hotel, modern and very clen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt give it a 9, because the room was a bit small, the aircon was not working properly, showers by the pool were of very poor quality and there wasnt even shower gel or shampoo. Sundeck that suposed to open at 2pm never materialised on the 14/07. Breakfast eas very good, checking in was good. Friendly dtaff.
