We arrived after mid night with three small children and were checked into the wrong rooms... then needed to move - all without help from staff as this is a "self service hotel". The rooms were poorly cleaned with used, coffee splattered mugs, stained carpets and dirty walls. And there is a strong smell of mould both in our rooms and on the whole of level 2 which we shared with staff on day two of our stay. Every request throughout our stay was met with a "no". Would we stay here again? No way.

overall stay experience was good as the property is well located & rooms are clean & comfortable. Only thing which I didnt like was that there were no dental kits provided in room. I believe for good hospitality dental kits should be complimentary to guests & not on chargeable basis. Secondly for Indian travellers please add a few more Indian breakfast dishes in your breakfast buffet.

Bad experience and I won't recommend people with such price (almost USD180 per night) there are many other choices around.

carpet are dirty in the room and corridor, cleaning is not acceptable, still dirt on the table and under the tea tray, no bathroom door (semi transparent door) that make parents feel embarrassing if with children. We paid USD180 per night and still need to pay extra fee if you request dental kits / spoon....

We had done a booking from online website booking.com. As we were on vacation we didn't want to spend our stay anywhere so we booked ibis style. While doing a advance payment to the hotel we had requested two rooms which should be next to each other or it should be interconnected. The staff said it will be done. So we were rest assured that we will be getting the same. But when we went to the hotel for the checkin, I was made waiting for half an hour saying they are getting the rooms ready. While doing check in I had a word with Mr dinesh and he said we will do the needful,and you will get the connecting rooms in just few minutes as there was a leakage in another room. After waiting for more then 30 minutes Mr dinesh said the rooms which he was supposed to issue is not interconnected rooms. I am really sorry to say this is the worst service I have received. The person who works at the front desk doesn't know which rooms are interconnected and which not. As I was with family there was no one to assist us for the luggage we had to request for the trolley and after 10 minutes it was procured. Is this a joke the hotel doesn't have a well trained staff who can do there work properly. I won't recommend this property to anyone of my family and friends.
