I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent hotel booking experience and request a review of my refund case. Unfortunately, my booking was not showing in the hotel system upon arrival. I requested the reception team to allow me to stay and informed them that I would pay the full amount once the booking was confirmed. However, they were not willing to proceed. Due to this situation, I had no other option but to pay the amount again directly to the hotel. After that, I cancelled my online booking. However, until now, I have not received any refund. I received the following response from your team:“We requested the hotelier for a waiver, but even after multiple follow-ups, the hotelier has rejected the refund as this is a Non-Refundable Booking.” I kindly request you to reconsider my case and help me with the refund if possible, as the issue occurred because the booking was not visible in the hotel system at the time of check-in. Overall, one of the best Ibis-style properties in the UAE. I stayed for one night as I had to catch a flight the next day, and the experience was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, and well trained across all departments. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to fulfil every request despite the hotel being fully occupied. Their dedication and quick response truly made the stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. Thank you once again and would visit again soon...
