It was great pleasure to stay in Novotel Riyadh Sahafa during my stay in Riyadh. Both hotel staff and managers were extremely helpful and proactive. A couple of examples: 1. My room had initially been placed near lifts, so I was hearing noise during the night. Thus, I have requested managers to change the room and got the new one instead. 2. I have got approval to stay extra 2hrs in the room because of late flight. 3. Very proactive waiters during breakfast service, special thanks to Surej from Hydarabad and Angela, with their support I was feeling like at home.

We had another wonderful stay here with our family. This was our second time staying at the property, and once again, we really enjoyed the whole experience. This stay was extra special as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The hotel team surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake, and she was genuinely so happy and excited. They also arranged a lovely fruit basket and cheese platter for us, which was such a nice surprise and really made our stay even more special. The rooms, amenities and overall service were very good, and the pool was as enjoyable as always, especially for the kids. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to have a little more variety in the breakfast spread. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a really lovely and memorable family stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday extra special. We’ll definitely be happy to come back again!
