We like the good location and the spacious Junior Suite for a family of 3 adults. Thanks to Thomas for the kind arrangement of roundtrip shuttle service between Interlaken OST and the hotel sparing us from carrying the heavy luggage.

We had stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Interlaken recently. Our Junior Suite was spacious for our family of 3. Prior to arrival, we had arranged for roundtrip shuttle service between Interlaken OST and the hotel which had helped us with the heavy luggage, thanks to Thomas for the kind arrangement and the friendly driver. The offering for breakfast is rather limited but not a big issue. It would be nice if the service team at the restaurant can show more smiles rather than stern faces.

great hotel and better staff. I would pick families with kids on the first and second floor because we heard them jump all night.
