While we are pleased to read that you found the overall accommodation acceptable, we are truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations — especially in light of your loyalty as a Platinum member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you encountered with the room condition and the delay at check-in. We have taken note of the reported issues with the shower booth, table light, and sofa bed, and our maintenance team has been informed for immediate follow-up. Regarding breakfast, we do offer freshly prepared omelets and scrambled eggs upon request, and we regret if this was not clearly communicated during your visit. We are also sorry that the welcome drink and room upgrade – part of the recognition we strive to provide our loyal members – were not delivered as expected. We will use your feedback to ensure better consistency and communication in these areas.
