Air conditioning noisy Poor breakfast

Dear Diana, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Mercure Portsea. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Please be assured we take the appropriate measures to address the concerns raised. The air conditioning units have been examined by qualified technician; the outdoor courtyard areas have also been inspected and spot cleaned following your comments. Please note staff are available on-site during business hours and can be contacted after hours using the phone within each room. The only criticism is the breakfast Only one cereal provided Guests had to ask for materials most mornings No plates No Sauce Jugs of water Orange juice Scrambled eggs not cooked well, sloppy. Bain Marie headed with hot water didn’t stay warm for long. Preparation not up to standard Attention to detail When guests arrive at 7 to 8am everything should be in place and ready to go We have been coming here for many years and every year it’s the same thing Not sure who is responsible but it definitely needs improvement Staff were very helpful and courteous You have a very special place and we enjoy Coming down every year I hope this helps you out Cheers 🥂🍻 See you in 2027

Staff excellent. The room was good however being located next to the area where golf carts enter and leave as well as pressure hosed meant for early rises!
