as soon as I entered the room I wanted to wash my hands and when I turned on the water I was suddenly all wet. Do you have procedure to be followed in this emergency situations...... Luckily, my husband fixed the thing temporarily, offering to go to Bunnings and buy appropriate part.... And, not only that, sink was blocked.. When I reported the accident I was asked if I used force to turn on the tap, apparently everything was ok before we entered... I was not thinking to complain, because it did not spoil my weekend, but you've asked me to rate my stay, so voila! it was handled unprofessionally.

Dear Mirjana, Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration with the issue of the faulty tap shortly after entering the room. Having water spray unexpectedly and discovering a blocked sink is not the standard we aim to provide. When notified we did assist promptly providing extra towels to remove the water from the area. Unfortunately, as discussed at the time a room move was not available as we were fully booked. I am delighted this unexpected issue did not spoil your weekend away.
