Have stayed here before, but this time I had to ask each day to replace the milk for my coffees. Also the noise from the construction was very loud. I tried to turn up the tv, but even at the max setting (which was set by the hotel at 50%) I couldn’t hear it clearly. It would have been nice to be able to turn the volume up louder to be able to hear it over the construction noise.

The room was clean and comfortable but my view was of construction and for the price I paid I didn’t even get breakfast. I would never recommend or stay again. Also I have 5 transactions from Novotel I my account. 2 of which I know of.
