I stay there quite a bit for work, this time I had to cancel the day of arriving due to family illness. I was told I would not be refunded for the stay, which is okay, but I do stay there lots. Maybe a credit could have offered.

The repeated issues with my credit card to the point where it looked like fraud. Your night accounting group needs to be restaffed. I have never experienced anything like that.

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent stay. Upon check-in on 14/12/2025, I clearly requested a room clean for the following day, and this was acknowledged and noted by the receptionist. However, when we returned to the hotel on the second evening after attending a wedding, we found that the room had not been made and the towels had not been replaced. This was disappointing, especially as the request had been communicated in advance. Basic housekeeping services are an important part of the stay, and this oversight affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better communication and service for future guests.
