We arrived early and our room was ready for us. We had a very enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant and felt the quality of the food had improved since our last visit in 2024. We were looked after very well by the staff - everything about the stay went smoothly which is how we like it.

Check in a breeze, and lovely staff. We had a spacious room with everything you need (602) which had a nice side view of the waterfront. Very comfy bed and great blockout blinds. Some construction work going on, but it was fairly unobtrusive - finished at 5pm, a little noice from 7:30am. Enjoyed the happy hour $3 oysters (delicious) out front in the sun with a view of the water, in the afternoon. Overall a great experience.

We were very happy with our stay. The customer service was particularly impressive and the views were a bonus. The breakfast had great choices, the one suggestion would be to offer some Gluten Free pastries if practical. Thanks for a great stay!

On check in the gentleman not only spoke over me, he left me when another guest had returned to the counter. He seemed a bit chaotic Another staff member did come and assist. I was not offered an upgrade, I had checked on my app that there was rooms available.
