The room had not been serviced properly with missing coffee cups, sugar and water glasses. No idea what kind of coffee was supplied for the Nespresso machine. I did ask for all this to be rectified but it took two attempts and even then I have no idea about the coffee. The carpet was stained and dirty and there was a hole in the ceiling around the fire sprinkler. There was even a resident spider! Being on the waterfront is very noisy with hoons driving up and down and yes I realise the hotel can't control that. There was also inconsistency with my ALL benefits which was frustrating. Very disappointing stay.
