The only good thing about our stay was the room, it was spacious. The staff were not welcoming, the pool had a dirty scum around the water line and the rest of the hotel looked old and dirty. We would think twice about staying there again.

My partner we’re heading down to Geelong to celebrate my partners University Graduation. Unfortunately we found blood stains in the bedsheets when we entered. We were forced to request multiple times to have someone come to see the sheets, prior to waiting over half an hour to have our room changed. The hotel experience was pleasant but the service, especially from the front desk was nothing but disappointing. I would love to come back however the service must significantly improve prior to that
