Disappointed when compared to our previous visits. Restaurant food standard was not good and drinks service poor. Still awaiting my invoice for food expenses - not yet received.

Overall, I loved the location and that it was easy to access by public transport. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check and and check out was very simple, and all the staff were lovely to deal with. It was great to have some downtime access in my room to just chill and catch up on some movies. It took me a few goes to work out how to use the air conditioning on a hot day, but I managed to work it out on my own. What I would love to see in the future is just a personal touch here or there to feel a bit more welcome included in the room fee, whether that be a better quality of tea and coffee services (absolutely ok that barista coffee is extra) and a small welcome chocolate or cookie for the room. It's the little things that make the difference. I didn't get the opportunity to dine in the restaurant on this occasion and hope to do so in the future.
