I had a problem with my room on one of the nights and it was impossible to contact a staff member. This in turn led me to get no sleep. When I complained my concerns were dismissed by the staff. When I rang later to speak to someone at managerial level they hung up on me twice

dissapointed at check in,. the girl took about 10 minutes to do the check in.. when it was already prepaid and sorted.. lots of fiddling on the keyboard, not sure why
