It was a struggle when I tried checking in. Initially they were trying to charge me. The booking is paid by our company. The room is average, not what I'm expecting for a premium hotel. Bathroom sink is blocked which I told the cleaner. When i brush my teeth, I have to wait for the water to drain before I could continue rinsing. The tap in the shower is squirting with water when I use the shower. The grout in the bath / shower has molds.

Good sized room however shower was always fluctuating between too hot and then cold. Mini bar was not replenished. We received two complimentary bottles of water for a 3 night stay. They were never replaced and we didn't have a paid option for water in the minibar. We were also charged for breakfast each morning but we didn't go to the restaurant and I was positive that I did not request breakfast to be included.

Overall, the stay was decent, but the service fell short of expectations, particularly when it came to responsiveness and communication. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and were informed that our room was not ready, which was completely understandable since we planned to explore the city. We returned around 2:00 PM, well within the official check-in time, and the check-in process itself was smooth. Before heading to the room, I confirmed that our luggage had been tagged and was told it would be delivered to our room. However, when we arrived, our luggage was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the concierge several times, but no one answered. I eventually had to return to the lobby to ask about it in person, only to be told that our luggage had been misplaced. We were asked to wait in the lobby while the staff searched for it. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, the luggage was finally found. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconvenience, and the staff did not offer to help bring our luggage up to the room. Having just arrived from a flight, we were exhausted and chose not to argue, but the experience left a poor first impression. The second disappointing service experience occurred when my mother requested an extra toilet roll. She called the concierge, and the request was acknowledged, but nothing arrived. She waited for about an hour, delaying her prayers because she expected it to be delivered shortly. I attended a conference nearby and returned around 5:00 PM, yet the toilet roll had still not been delivered. We then went out for dinner and only found the toilet roll placed outside our room when we returned at around 8:00 PM. While the request was eventually fulfilled, the response time was far too slow for such a simple request. Another area that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was largely the same every day throughout our stay, with very little variety, making it repetitive and uninteresting after the first couple of mornings. The hotel has potential, and some aspects of the stay were satisfactory, but the slow service, lack of communication, and absence of ownership when issues arose significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the hotel improves its coordination and responsiveness, as better service would make a noticeable difference for future guests.
