The room I stayed in looked old a tired. I was under the impression it was a 5 star hotel. Stained towels, ripped curtains and no dressing gowns gave me a different impression.

We needed a place to stay unexpectedly due to a family member being admitted very ill in a nearby hospital. The courteous staff and lovely room helped enormously to alleviate some of our distress. Great job!

We stuffed up our booking, but the staff were able to accomodate.

We booked the wrong Pullman location to begin with. We accidentally booked at Pullman by the Park, and we arrived Pullman Albert Park thinking this is the location we had booked for. Although the team could not find out booking, they were able to provide us with a room at the same cost. The staff were very thorough in providing sanitised pens for us, and ensured they too kept their distance, which demonstrates their action and response to covid-19. Such a great experience and courteous staff. Thank you kindly.

The room was great and had a hottub, (which I never used due to a waste of so much water), but I did book a room with Lounge Access. The hotel knew the lounge was closed but was still happy to take my money and booking.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, despite the cancellation of the GP we had booked for. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great views of Albert Park. Breakfast was good, though on the first day there was little fresh fruit apart from melon. 4km walk to city, and 2km to St Kilda.

As usual the Pullman, Albert Park, went over and above our expectations. Not only did they "complimentary upgrade our room" to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we arrived to our room decorated with 2 huge balloons stating 50, a wonderful bottle of wine and a decadent platter of chocolates with the wording "Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary". Our visit to the dining room for Dinner saw two complimentary glasses of bubbly arrive, and a stunning dessert platter with "welcome back" scrolled in chocolate. How special all your staff made us feel. We will always remember how every staff member went "over and above" with their caring and attention, to make our stay a memorable occasion. Thank you.

Great location but needs some care. Our room did not get vacuumed for 2 days and in the third I had to call to get it done. Our room 8604 had paint peaking on the roof in the bathroom and a cut in the drapes on the main window. Breakfast was disappointing as you had to pay for any hot drink that didn’t have normal milk. The hot chocolate dispensers the machine just churned out brown water. After bringing this up, nothing was done. Just a ‘I’m sorry’. For the amount you pay to be there this just seems to fall short of what excellent service you should be receiving. Great view of Albert Park which would of been fantastic should the event of occurred.

Everything was ok, TV wasn’t working in one room on our arrival, turns out one of the cleaners had unplugged some of the cables. Check out was a mess, two rooms and breakfast should have been taken out of our deposit. Had to settle the breakfast seperate which is fine but over a week later I still haven’t got my deposit back. Even after calling the hotel again to find out where it is and was promised it would be paid. Quick to take your money, not quick to give it back.

Our experience was not a great one and would be unlikely to stay there again. We booked a room with 2x queen size beds. On arrival fantastic service initially however went up to our room to find 2x single beds. Rang reception who after a long time proving we had booked a different room agreed to move us. Waited approx 30 minutes in room until they came to change to different room- unable to change or do anything until this occurred. Moved to average room with 2x queen beds- terrible view, shower over bath and older facilities but very comfortable beds and pillows. Ice delivered to room on request which was good. Breakfast the next morning was very good- delicious food at discounted rate and open until 11am which was fantastic.

I booked in to the Pullman as I was attending the ARACY Early Years conference being held at that venue. An added attraction for me was that I am a member of the Accor Loyalty Club I had an excellent experience, from prompt effici.ent check in, as well as an upgrade. Easy access to the conference, which was extremely well catered. My only regret was that I was too busy to really appreciate all the added benefits of my upgrade, such as the spa.
