overall ok but our room was not cleaned on the first day so we had a request a clean on the next day and the TV did not work

Been Here for Whiskey Shows. For my first visit will definitely come back. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of commission which was the only low point. Front office staff were excellent. Breakfast, bar and cafe were great.

Hotel location is excellent but facilities rather tired. Kids went in the pool and complained it was very dirty with “dust” on the floor and dust bubbles in the top of the water. The room was fine, but definitely not 5 star level. It was dusty & the bathroom tap leaked. The biggest plus was the coffee at the cafe was excellent! We still had a good time but I wouldn’t recommend.

I have stayed at the Mecure/Pullman numerous times now, it is the place I usually stay when in Melbourne. But I was disappointed with the lack of communication saying I couldn't use my ACCOR discount on food and drinks. If I new this beforehand, we would have eaten in the city after the cricket match we attended instead of going back to the Pullman and paying more because I wasn't allowed to access my discount on food and drinks. I should have been told this when I booked in. Extremely annoying and I'll now look to stay somewhere else, which is a shame, as it is a good place to stay.
