Our room was in need of renovation, almost unsafe. One of the chairs collapsed when I went to sit on it. The kettle did the work. The airconditioning was cold and no blankets provided in the room I had to request all of these. For a 5 star hotel I found this appalling and unacceptable.

While my stay and pre arrival communications were great, I was incorrectly charged for 2 days parking, I've tried to call and email the hotel multiple times to have the issue looked into but have not been able to get through on the phone or received any email replies, unfortunately it's left a bad mark for me on what was an otherwise nice stay and I won't be staying here again nor could I recommend the hotel

This hotel has always delivered. The location just next to albert park, really beautiful. Close enough to the city so if I want to go to the city just a short tram trip away, but isn’t impacted by the busyness of city during weekend.

While the staff of the hotel were friendly enough, the rooms are very tired and showing their age with lots of damage/wear and the cleaning isn’t up to standard in a number of areas with the carpet showing staining and the housekeeping team missing replenishing items. Additionally follow through on promised actions from reception staff didn’t manifest suggesting an issue with accountability around guest requests. The hotel restaurant breakfast was fine but nothing special and there was a lack of staff around to place a coffee or egg station.

I had emailed through the app on the Wednesday prior to arrival to advise that my son would be staying Saturday night and therefore to have the room made up as two single beds. That was not done on arrival on Friday and reception advised it would be done during the day. They would also check why the message through the app was not acted on. It was not done and on Saturday morning I advised again. During Saturday a rollaway bed was put in the room. As my son is 6’3’ the bed was too small. Also note that I had a drink at the bar on Saturday evening and the glass had two chips on the rim. Suggest training the staff that they might like to apologise and replace the glass.

Stayed 2 nights. Conveniently located for public transport to the City. Easy to park. Hotel rooms have been refreshed but a little limited by the age of the fabric of the building. Did not eat evening meals at the restaurant given the poor reviews but breakfast (food and service) was excellent - even on busy mornings. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. The only downside was the bathroom. Everything was Pullman standard except for the towels which would have been more at home in an Ibis Budget.

Great customer service all the time! Amazing buffet breakfasts and in-room dining. The room was always quiet and it was large and very well serviced. I also loved the openable windows to outside. Excellent bed, very comfortable! Great TV too (although I do wish the TV remote's buttons worked better). Shower was great. Loved our holiday at the Pullman Albert Park! ❤️

We had an excellent stay at Pullman Albert Park. Very friendly staff and environment very clean. After we settled bill and left I noticed that we had been charged twice for car parking ( $35) I rang three times and was cut off. I then sent an email, but have had no response as yet. Very disappointing.
