No status acknowledgement on checking, no welcome gift. Appreciated upgrade to make view room. Had to ask twice for ice to be delivered to room. Breakfast was woefully understaffed.

Good location with a nice view in the room, when I booked I left notes saying we'll be celebrating birthday and upon check in there's surprise waiting for us in the room, that was very nice. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too, all staff were attentive and friendly

Overall a poor experience. Property is aged and interiors are dated. The energy and enthusiasm of the front office staff (reception / cashier) reflected this. Also requested a park facing room a number of times well before arrival date but upon check-in there were no notes etc in my reservation reflecting that.

Subject: Disappointing Experience During Our Recent Stay Dear Hotel Manager / Pullman Booking Team, We are regular customers at your hotel and have been choosing your property for every school holiday or special family occasion. This time, I booked our stay to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, which was meant to be a memorable and special experience for all of us. I even sent a separate email to Pullman bookings explaining the special reason for this visit. Our booking was for 6 people — two adults and two children (our family), plus my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay that left us very disappointed: 1. Birthday Chocolate Plate: I paid $25 in advance for a chocolate plate to be placed in the room on arrival as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. This was never provided, despite reminding the reception. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing for such a special occasion. 2. Breakfast Confusion: When my family went for breakfast in the morning, they were held up for more than 10 minutes and told that our booking didn’t include breakfast. I was away at the time but had to quickly send all booking details, emails, and proof to my wife while on the phone to sort it out. It was later confirmed as a system error, but the situation was stressful and embarrassing for my family. 3. Parking Charges: We arrived in two cars. I asked multiple times about getting a discount for parking. One staff member finally agreed to charge $50 for both days, but on checkout, the exit screen displayed a different amount. Until now, I’m still unsure of the final parking charge. 4. Missing Invoice: I have requested the final invoice by email more than twice, but I have not received it yet. This trip was supposed to be a joyful celebration, but due to these multiple issues, it ended up being a very disappointing family holiday. At this point, I am honestly reconsidering whether we would book at this hotel again in the future. I would appreciate it if someone could look into these matters and respond accordingly.
