The room was big and it was nice, the bed was not that comfortable, it had a mattress protector that kept sliding off, - room cleaning wasnt good and on the 3rd night we had to make the bed ourselves as the stupid mattress protector was all bumpy. The quilt cover needed replacing, it had two large holes in it. The pillows were big and hard. The shower hand held was broken, first time i turned on the shower, the shower head flew off and hit me on the forehead. The bathroom was a very poor design. Breakfast was ok, there was no acknowledgement of us having Gold status. We didnt like the location and probably will not stay in the hotel again.

The room was very comfortable and quiet as always, and the reception staff were very good. I ate dinner in the Windows restaurant. I had steak (came with salad), chips, and a glass of wine, which I felt was a fairly standard order, the restaurant wasn't busy, and was well-staffed. The steak and salad came in good time, but I had to chase the chips and wine twice. I have started having room service breakfast to avoid the restaurant's service issues in the morning, and it looks like I might unfortunately need to do so in the evening too.
