Staff were so welcoming, helpful with the perfect room, and so kind when I locked my room key in the room. We had a room with a view, a nice touch I hadn't expected. Would stay again, as didnt get to pool or use restaurant - wish I had.

This hotel is tired, old and uncared for. The rooms are smelly and the bathrooms mouldy. The food is probably the worst I have ever had in a hotel. I would not recommend it

From the minute we arrived the concierge was very attentive and ensured no one was waiting to be checked-in. Room was lovely, always love slippers & a robe. Room’s fragrance was very nice. Even though there was an incident during the last morning all the staff were very helpful and professional. Everyone involved was treated with compassion and professionalism.

Generally good, the room is well maintained and perfect for the business trip. Reception staff is friendly, the breakfast team looked a bit overwhelmed but still remained professional. The biggest issue was when we was in the swimming pool around 9 pm, the cleaner came in and started to wipe the rubbish bin inside and out, and then cleaned the drinking water machine and the bench with fruits with the same towel directly. It was disgustingly dirty from guest’s perspective. Soon later the other staff came to take the water from the same machine. I really loved the stay here but this matter ruined the whole experience and I couldn’t forget about this scene.
