Please fix your water heater. That's the only problem I was facing when I was there for 2 nights. Other than that, no issue.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Hotel when I stay overnight for a New Year's eve. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly appreciated the attentive service, especially for accommodating my request for a non-smoking top-floor room with a working desk facing the window, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
