Had a pleasant 3-night stay at Ibis Harmoni Jakarta. Great location with McDonald’s next door and Indomaret & Alfamart within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and special thanks to Ms. Nana for being so friendly and helpful. The room was compact but comfortable, with a Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, minibar, and a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. Loved having two bolsters, which is not very common in hotels. The bathroom was small but functional, with good water pressure and drainage. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was enjoyable. There was a small cockroach in the room, and the smoking area is quite limited and closes at 9 PM. Overall, though, I had a very satisfying stay and really appreciated the friendly service from the staff. Would happily stay here again!

Stay was comfortable. Staff expressed friendly attitude. The room has some minor signs of wear and maintenance issues, such as a curtain that is not fully secured, small stains on the curtain, on the sofa. However, these issues do not significantly affect the overall quality of the stay. It was also noted that the quality of the bed linen differs from that experienced at other hotels within the same chain: the fabric is less dense and does not appear as white. A major positive point is the availability of vegan/vegetarian food options. The breakfast overall was good. I cannot assess how convenient the hotel’s location is in relation to the city as a whole. However, currently the hotel faces a road that is currently under construction, so even reaching places nearby, such as the shop across the road, requires an additional detour. I am very familiar with the chain concept and particularly appreciate its European standards. owever, I believe some details of the room setup could be reconsidered. For example, additional shelves and soap could be provided in the bathroom. There was only one waste bin in the entire room. For greater convenience, a second bin could be added.

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Jakarta Harmoni. The hotel offers great value for money, with good facilities and a comfortable atmosphere that matches the price very well. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at ibis Jakarta Harmoni, where the combination of a strategic location, attentive service, and competitive pricing makes the hotel an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The location is particularly convenient, with easy access to key areas of Jakarta. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated genuine hospitality and professionalism. I was especially impressed when I decided to extend my stay by making a new reservation on my second day. The GSA team went above and beyond to assist with the transition, including refreshing the system when I encountered an issue redeeming my Welcome Drink voucher through the app. This level of hands-on assistance made the experience feel personal and reassuring. Considering the service and value offered, there is very little to complain about. The one significant area that needs improvement is the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, to the point that even opening an email required considerable loading time. This also affected the Smart TV experience, particularly when accessing online content such as YouTube, which was far from seamless. With its excellent location, welcoming staff, and attractive value proposition, ibis Jakarta Harmoni delivers a very satisfying stay. If the internet connectivity were improved substantially, the overall guest experience would be considerably stronger. I would happily return and recommend the hotel to others visiting Jakarta.

Internet was fast and the there was no problem with the connection on the tv as well. Room was cold enough and temperature was good. The process of checking in with Aishy and checking out with Nana was a breeze. All in all, no complaints with the stay.

Good location. There's Macdonald's, IndoMaret, and A&W which runs 24/7. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Very good stay in Ibis Jakarta Harmoni, part of Accor's member hotel, with Accor's member personal allowance to get additional services, including late check out, which is useful to support delayed flight departure from airlines. The location is very strategic in central of Jakarta, and it will be easy to reach anywhere when required.
