The hotel is in a great location, and the room is spacious. The bed is super soft and comfortable—it’s practically an invitation to rest. The entire staff is very attentive, and they take care of every little detail that we might not even notice, but are pleasantly surprised by the effort they put in—like how they set up the blackout curtains, for example. What a disgrace and definitely will not be back Out of 10 I rate this place -10 that’s how bad it was from dirty rooms to staff throwing tickets at me and also asking money for everything even for hotel parking which they will not inform you about it and just ask for it before you checkout. Do not come here many more and better options close by !

At the same time, we are surprised by your description of our staff “throwing tickets” at you, as such behaviour would be completely unacceptable and does not correspond with the service standards we expect from our team. We would therefore appreciate further details about this incident so that we c. investigate it properly. We would also like to clarify your statement regarding parking charges. Our underground parking is not included in the room rate, and the applicable fee is communicated transparently on our hotel website and the major booking platforms. In addition, the parking charges are displayed several times at the entrance to the underground garage and are also stated in our Room Directory. Therefore, the parking fee is not an undisclosed charge that is only presented to guests at check-out. We regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to put these points into context while taking any specific and substantiated service or cleanliness concerns seriously. Instead, our guests have access to a free water refill station on the 6th floor, offering still and sparkling water, both chilled and at room temperature. We also understand your comment regarding the relaxation pool. Especially during busy periods and weekends, our family-friendly wellness area can become quite lively and crowded. We had a great stay in this modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, the facilities new, the staff is friendly, parking on the premises is easy, and Nürnberg city center is on walking distance.

We were very impressed with this hotel. We usually choose Novotel if we can when travelling, but I think this might be the best one we've stayed at. It's location was absolutely excellent - right next to the old town. We were worried at first as it is situated between a railway and a busy main road, but we had a wonderful nights sleep and didn't hear any noise at all. The room was spacious, very comfortable and modern with a lovely bathroom (although the shower head needs some attention as it kept slipping down). We had a lovely pizza from the restaurant, and my husband and son had breakfast and said it was excellent. There was plenty of parking for our car. The staff were all very friendly and nice too. It was a very hot day when we stayed, the air con in our room worked well. We were excited there was a pool but didn't end up using it in the end, but that would have been another bonus to this hotel. Would 100% stay here again!

The room was very dirty had urine stains on the toilet seat and bugs in the room. We were very tired to complain but he whole experience was disappointing.
