Dear Happy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologise for the experiences you encountered. Please accept my apology regarding the check-in process. We usually receive positive comments about our staff and how helpful and friendly they are. Please be assured that we will address your concerns with the Front Office Manager and focus training will be carried out so that every team member provides the welcoming service that is up to our standard. At ibis we offer an economic product and while a fitness area is not usually an ibis standard, we do provide a limited range of equipment such as a treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical machines, as well as free weights. Next time you may like to try the nearby Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park facing Victoria Harbour for jogging or a bigger work-out. Though the swimming pool and business lounge are unavailable due to our positioning, may I recommend you consider the nearby public swimming pool for relaxation. Additionally, LE BAR, located next to our reception, can serve as a great place to socialize or work if you are looking for a business lounge atmosphere. It is with regret that at ibis we do not provide concierge and bellboy services. We do however arrange security staff on the ground floor and offer luggage trolleys for guests who have multiple pieces of luggage. Lastly, we are sorry that the experience fell short of your expectations, however I recommend considering other higher-category Accor hotels in Hong Kong for a more extensive offering, including larger gym facilities, swimming pools, and concierge service that you may expect.
