Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I stayed at ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan from 5 June to 7 June 2026. After returning to Thailand, I noticed several bite marks on my body that may be consistent with bed bug bites. I would like to bring this to your attention for your awareness and investigation. Checking I was easy and reception staff were friendly. I had booked a family room for 3, which turned out to be 2 adjoining rooms, each with own bathroom. The public transport is readily accessible just outside the hotel and the surrounding area has many places to see and eat at.
