Good stay, convenient location, rooms are quite small but still ok. Clement at front desk assisted with my check in and I am very glad to have received his help. He was very friendly and gave us a connecting room on the highest floor with good view as per our request.

Your counter staff were great in settling me in, and helping with check-in and other issues I encountered (e.g. plumbing in the bathroom). The technical staff who helped with the plumbing issues were great. The cleaning staff on the 28th floor was excellent. They did a really great job of keeping the rooms tidy and clean each day. Your door staff were also very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

I recently completed my 2-night stay at ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations due to communication issues and poor service execution. 1. Booking Process Concerns: Prior to arrival, a miscommunication caused my reservation to be mistakenly cancelled. While Ms. Steffi Wong from reservations eventually helped restore it, the initial handling was stressful and frustrating. 2. Front Desk Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, the check-in process was rushed and purely transactional. The staff failed to mention basic essential details, such as check-out time, any introduction to hotel facilities. 3. Misleading Room View: We were assigned a "Harbour View" room, but the view was almost entirely blocked by a large building directly in front of our window. Calling this a harbour view room is misleading, as there was barely any open view of the sea. Conclusion: While the hotel's location is convenient, the combination of booking friction, lack of front desk service, and a misleading room view left us quite disappointed. Significant improvement in service and transparency is needed.

This ibis hotel is well worth considering. Taxi service to front door; tram; buses and MTR all very close by; walk or run to above street walkway all the way into Central with good views of Victoria Harbour. This is a good budget ibis hotel with friendly and helpful staff - definitely worth repeat visits. Breakfast caters to both local and overseas guests and meals are also served in their restaurant.

The hotel is perfectly located for visitors of Hong Kong. There a number of tram, bus and metro stops nearby which connect you with any point in the city. At the same time you can enjoy a great walk to the main island center and all notable popular places around. The accomodation and the room amenities are enough for one to rest before jumping again in the city. The hotel staff is welcoming, helping and attentive.

the hotel is well located- tram, bus and Macau ferry at walking distance. the breakfast was satisfying and reception as well as the housekeeping staff were very helpful. rooms are small, but neat and functional.one suggestion to the management would be to provide drinking water in the room or at least on each floor.

Mr Alex gave us a beautifully furnished harbourview twin room on the 29th floor. We had a very diverse breakfast and enjoyed it tremendously. Each of my family had something they like in the breakfast spread. 1minute walk from the hotel is the famous yum cha place. And 2 minute walk away is the tram. We took the A11 bus from HK International airport to arrive at the bus ferry station. And immediately there are taxis to bring us 4 minutes to Ibis Central and Sheungwan.
