Phuong Anh, the Welcomer, along with the front desk team – Thu Trang, Loan, and Anh – made me feel as though I was returning home. Their kindness and attentiveness set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. I had the pleasure of spending time at the Executive Lounge, where the service was nothing short of impeccable. Huong, Minh, Tran, Mai, and Phuong were outstanding – always ready with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even took the time to remember my personal preferences for food and drink, making each visit to the lounge feel special and personalized. Pullman Hanoi has truly become my home away from home. Every visit to this hotel has been consistently excellent, and I will undoubtedly continue to stay here whenever I am in Hanoi. Enjoyed a one night staycation using a suite night upgrade. Communication before stay was prompt and check in was easy, directly from the lounge. Enjoyed the room we had with a good view of a great sunset (not always happening in Hanoi) directly from the balcony. Suites are quite large and while one can see the hotel is a bit older, maintenance seems pretty good and no complaints whatsoever about the room. Enjoyed spending some time in the lounge for some drinks and food, and found the food to be quite good and tasty and a decent range of drinks (appreciated the bourbon). Service in the lounge during both check in and evening drinks/food was very good as well. We had a small dinner at the restaurant with again good service. One minor complaint is about breakfast. Did not find it a huge offering and especially options for meat/protein are lacking a bit. Quite pork heavy and only one soup offered, which was also pork. Would be nice to have a few more options, though breakfast in the lounge was slightly better compared to the regular restaurant. Overall however, we enjoyed our stay with a nice and big room, good service and nice offerings in the lounge. Will come back.

Pullman Hanoi has always been my first choice to stay while on business tour. The food from Chimni Restaurant which is a signature and symbolic idol of hotel too, I always enjoy.
