I stayed here multiple times and this was the most disappointing experience. Very outdated room. Used one-time slippers in the room after check-in were just the beginning. The water pressure of the shower and sink were low. Enhineer had to come to fix it on 2nd or 3rd day. Multiple times the toiled got clogged, which is very uncomfortable to solve with housekeeping. There was also a weird smell like an old humid house in the room when the AC was on. Otherwise, breakfast great as always. Bed comfy, housekeeping good. Towels provided at the pool are in horrinle state, as well as the one provided for gym. The lockers and showers in the gym area have very bad air, therefore it was very hot there. The hotel is undergoing a reconstruction, so I am hoping all of this will be improved next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hanoi. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s location; slightly away from the busy and noisy streets, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to rest after exploring the city.
