Everyone from Pullman Hanoi was very welcoming, from Ms. Nhi of reservation, Ms. Thu of welcoming team to check-in with Mr. Trung. I was on a tight schedule that day but everything felt so seamless, so smooth. The team assisted us to receive the room early too. Definitely I will comeback again on my future stays

Generally, we enjoyed our stay. The executive lounge staffs are very good and helpful. Some points for improvements:
1. booked a massage directly with the spa and informed that it's moved to 7th floor. Tried to go to 7th floor about 20 minutes before the appointment and the keycard didn't allow it. Reached out to the executive lounge staff and they helped to call the spa, then I need to go to 2nd floor where the staff need to call the spa again and reconfirm. Each time, I needed to wait for quite some time and the whole process took more than 15 minutes. Finally 90 minutes massage ended about 10 minutes earlier (there is a small clock next to the massage table). Massage itself is nice, but the whole process left me rather disappointed.
2. in the course of our stay, we need to go back to re-enable the room key card 5 times.
3. it's probably best to put air purifier in the gym area especially during renovations. The smell of paint and the amount of dust was quite bad.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The chef deserves a special mention—the food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great care.
What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality. Every staff member was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. We would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this property!

Rooms were clean. However, sound proving between rooms weren't great. I could hear muffled tv sounds in the rooms. Also the spa was closed perhaps because of the ongoing renovations. One of the lifts seems to sometimes malfunction while moving from my room level to the lobby level. It would stop in-between levels, go to G level without opening its doors, then go to level 2 and back to G level.

We fully understand how unsettling and frustrating it must have been to encounter an elevator that stopped unexpectedly between floors and did not operate as intended. Upon identifying the issue, the hotel immediately contacted our authorized elevator maintenance contractor to carry out a comprehensive inspection and repair. The necessary corrective actions were implemented promptly to ensure the safety, reliability, and proper operation of the equipment. We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention, as it enabled us to address the issue without delay.
We also regret any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of our spa facilities, the noise transmission between rooms and quality of food and coffee at the restaurant.
