While we are pleased to know that you found the room overall good, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. The concerns you raised regarding insufficient hot water, the condition of the elevators, mosquitoes in the room, WiFi stability, and the breakfast variety are certainly not reflective of the standards we aim to deliver. Please be assured that: - Our Engineering team has been alerted to thoroughly inspect the water heating system and both elevators to ensure safety and comfort. - Our Housekeeping and Pest Control teams are reinforcing preventive measures to address the mosquito issue immediately. - We are reviewing our breakfast presentation and variety, even during the Ramadan season, to ensure it remains appealing and satisfying for all guests. - Our IT team continues to monitor and improve WiFi speed and accessibility throughout the property.
