We've been there twice. This time we stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. Please pay good attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the whole carpet. It's too old, dirty, and smells funny. The breakfast readiness was really a disaster for the Accor-class hotel. On the first day: coffee was cold and tasted funny; juice was watery and bland. There were no napkins ready. It seemed they were short on people, but that is supposedly no excuse for the Accor-class hotel.

The room is overall good, but the water is not hot enough. Two of the elevator got problem, one of them smashing the door too loud, the other is shaking so much. also the variety of food in breakfast is not inviting (maybe due to ramadhan seasons)

The concerns you raised regarding insufficient hot water, the condition of the elevators, mosquitoes in the room, WiFi stability, and the breakfast variety are certainly not reflective of the standards we aim to deliver. Please be assured that: - Our Engineering team has been alerted to thoroughly inspect the water heating system and both elevators to ensure safety and comfort. - Our Housekeeping and Pest Control teams are reinforcing preventive measures to address the mosquito issue immediately. - We are reviewing our breakfast presentation and variety, even during the Ramadan season, to ensure it remains appealing and satisfying for all guests. - Our IT team continues to monitor and improve WiFi speed and accessibility throughout the property.
