The hotel was relatively nice, but way overpriced for the experience. The shower didn’t work properly, air conditioning just barely cooled the room enough and kept turning off, and the wait for the room service was horrendously long. Plus the room service food was very average. I would expect better from a 5 star hotel

Enjoyable stay overall but disappointing in some areas:
Expired creamer in our room caused tea to curdle. Reported this to reception and the creamer was replaced.
No muesli at breakfast on the last day, I asked about this and the restaurant manager said that this was due to a problem with the supplier!

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The food was very good, with a great selection and enjoyable meals throughout my visit. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. The rooftop was another highlight, offering a lovely view and a nice atmosphere to relax and unwind. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the bathroom was also in good condition and met my expectations.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have a desk, which made it difficult to work comfortably during my stay. At one point, the soap bottle disappeared from the shower, leaving only shampoo and conditioner available. Additionally, obtaining an updated invoice through the service desk proved to be a lengthy process and could have been handled more efficiently.

We had an amazing experience staying at your hotel. No complaints really, except for the fact that the breakfast dining area was very tight. You should rearrange the area to make it more comfortable. I felt that I was stepping on everyone's toes when trying to get what I wanted to eat. Thank you

The experience from the front of the hotel-getting bags in (thank you Gabriel). To Victor at the front desk. Dick and Ana and the wonderful Amalya at the concierge desk. Best hotel staff we have come across. For a last minute change in hotel due to the one I booked canceled. I can't say enough about how they took care of us! Thank you again for an incredible experience.

Great location with friendly staff; lobby is very welcoming and the bars are great. Room was spotlessly clean but in need of some maintenance. The balcony door was so stiff it was nearly impossible to open we both tried the handle in several angles but it was so hard to open. The door stop was broken in the bathroom and the glass shelf in the shower wasn’t securely fitted so when my husband put his shower gel on it it fell off and smashed. On the last night I barely slept as there was a party with loud music and guest shouting into the early hours.

Overall, the hotel is extremely well done in decor and service. Breakfast is the best we have experienced. The only two things that need improvement would be having easier access to water during your stay. Also, the restaurant is very fancy but the food is quite underwhelming.

A lovely hotel, let down slightly by a balcony door you needed to be the worlds strongest man to open, a glass shower shelf that fell and smashed on my feet, a handle falling off the toilet door, and a door stop that isn’t screwed into the floor any more. (room 443). Lots of noise on one night too from a conference on site. Not major issues, but when you pay as much as we did for a celebratory get away as a couple, it did spoil the stay somewhat.
