Im so satisfied with novotel tangerang. It is well-located close to mall and it has many perfect facilities. However, the kids pool has limited hours. I suggest to make the schedule longer for kids. But for all are good. Foods, clean room , good facilities and great location.

It's always good to stay good to stay in Novotel Tangerang with the professional staff, if there is an issue it's promptly solved. The food and service in the Restaurant and Bar is good. However, the food in the Lounge has a long way to go to reach standard for ALL Accor hotels.

I have stayed at Novotel Tangerang twice. However, on both occasions, I encountered an issue where the room I had booked was unavailable upon arrival. During my most recent stay, I also experienced another issue with the water supply in the shower. The water pressure was too weak, which made showering take much longer than usual.

The check-in process was very smooth. The hotel even contacted us prior to our arrival to confirm our estimated arrival time and room preferences, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, with some activities for children. However, it would be great if the hotel could improve the accessibility for wheelchairs and strollers. For example, access to the swimming pool and the exit to the mall was only stairs available which can be quite inconvenient when traveling with a stroller or young children.

Good trip with family because the hotel located just next to the mall.. The employees are always friendly and polite. Swimming pool, food and beverage is always fun and delicious. Definitely will come back again.
