As usual the room was clean and spacious and the staff extremely helpful, the only negative was that someone in a nearby room was making a lot of noise- sounded like they were ten pin bowling and dropping the ball. Perhaps a gentle reminder in the room to be considerate of other guests ?

Beautiful hotel and each step into the hotel gets better. The staff at the Executive Lounge are well trained and professional. They focus on client experience and comfort; many times knowing exactly what are one’s favourites. Ms Hannah, the Experience Manager should be complimented for leading a strong team. Location wise is not too bad although not walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake (centrepoint).

Stayed at Grand Mercure for an office seminar for about a week - very kind and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay at, room was lovely as well.

I noticed that the room that i stayed this time was brighter than the rooms i stayed in the past. This was a good improvement to me. However it would be good if the room slipper can be replaced with disposable type as it is not hygienic to reuse by different customers.
