The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was near the elevator and the neighbors liked to bang the doors so some noises and disruptions were created. Not sure if these can be minimized next time.

We were able to store our backpacks at lobby before check in, and upon checkin time staff told us there was complimentary late 1pm check out and a two $10 dine in vouchers! I booked the triple room but the room was abit small, there were no spaces between the beds. Room was abit dusty so we kind of have blocked nose during the stay. Overall the room is ok nice and quiet. Area was located next to temple and a few mins walk to mrt station and malls.

Stayed for a week. Overall, the hotel is well located and the room was comfortable. Easy to get around, and the breakfast had quite a lot of variety — Japanese, Indian and local options, so there was something different to eat every day. Friday night also had a live band at Le Bar, which was a nice touch for a chill evening. But a few things could definitely be improved: Receptionist was quite slow. Check-in/check-out took longer than expected. Laundry service was a bit ridiculous 😂 They only gave me 2 laundry coins. If I remember correctly, the washer needed around 8 coins, while the dryer was 1 coin. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and honestly, I’ve never experienced a laundry system like this. LOL. Ended up not washing my work clothes at all during my one-week stay. Zzz. 😭 And just a heads-up: there’s no swimming pool. 😂 Overall, a comfortable stay with a good location and decent breakfast, but the reception service and especially the laundry setup could definitely be better.

Good price, great location but overall ruined by old building and terrible air con. The air con was set at lowest setting at 20 but felt like 25. My tiny girlfriend who is always cold thought it was too warm in the room which says everything. If aircon is satisfactory would give it a 9/10. Building is pretty old and toilets/sewage kinda stink
