Requesting non smoking room but there is none available at that time. Staff knock on the door in early morning, if not answered they will keep knocking. Except for above 2, it was a good stay for business trip, amenities were complete, the room is spacious, bed was good, they have good entertainment in the room as it was connected to netflix, disney, etc.

hotels lobby Was spacious, all check in desk were available, there are 3 Restaurants and a caffe. car Park was a bit limited, but it was quite empty during my stay. room: superior room was spacious and clean, equipped with a smart tv. bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but stream from rain shower was great. staffs: plenty of friendly and helpful staffs. pool staffs were great. breakfast: variety of dishes, most of them good, with a few local dishes. coffee Was great, but HOT CHOCOLATE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, cocoa taste was super lacking, with the milk/water being the dominant taste. pool: super large, pool staffs were great, depth was enough (1.5m deepest). SOME POOL TILES WERE OFF, MAKING THEM SAFETY HAZARDS. overall, a worth it hotel, with improvements to be made.

The water from the sink was so dirty in room 731, I had to ask for a change of room. Still the staff are very good at their service
