Despite excellent location, the facilities are very limited.. parking is far from the hotel, very small lobby. they gave a room where AC is not working.. and after discussing the case with the reception, they simply said.. oops.. AC is not working .. you either stay here and gave you a refund for the parking.. or move you to another room.. i asked to move to another room because i have kids and AC is a must.. so i had to re-pack again and movre to the 2nd room with was in a very bad location in the 1st floor.. after moving .. i found out that there are no minibars!!! Despite having children and need it for the infant milk. Poor orientation from the reception team.. i asked them multiple times.. each time i had to go down to the reception because they did not inform me about the digital help you are offering.. moreover.. no slippers no ironing machine So very bad experience especially that am a sliver member in Accor and this the 1st time to encouter all these issues in one stay. The weirdest thing is that the receptionist offered me a discount on the 1st room ( where AC is not working)and did not offer the same for the second room!!

I have been making an annual "pilgrimage" to Vienna and probably been staying with you for most of the past 20 years. I return whenever I can because I I love Vienna and have found in the NWC hotel a place where I feel comfortable and well looked after. It has a very friendly but always professional, attitude and ambience and the staff, many of whom I have for years and then seen move on over that period of time, always seem to be replaced by others who are similarly friendly, obliging and welcoming (clearly the staff recruitment and training is of a high standard). In particular I have found in Fatemeh Mahmoudi to be of the greatest help and have already emailed her (since my return) with my repeated thanks (I know she is on holiday at present). I also like to praise the dining and housekeeping teams who are excellent. To give an example: this year I asked for the duvet (which was a little too heavy for me this summer) to be replaced with a simple sheet and within 3 hours it had been changed! to exactly what I wanted. I was also aware this year of a couple of staff (I suspect slightly more senior in their black dresses) who might well have been doing an audit or some form of assessment of the team. The unobtrusive manner they exuded when doing this was excellent and it seemed to me that the staff "team" responded well to them but were totally unthreatened by their presence. All this gives an atmosphere of a well trained, friendly and happy to please team from the moment of arrival to departure. I hope my feedback reaches the team - they thoroughly deserve the praise and appreciation I feel for making this yet another stay with you so memorable. I hope to be back in 2027! I was going to email the previous manager (Markus Koller?) but believe he too has now moved on. If the correct person who should now be addressed is Roman Kruger would you please pass my comments on to him also. Best wishes Andrew J.
