The Hotel was clean and the room was pretty comfortable. My daughter slept on the sofa bed but it was not that comfortable. The frame was also broken . The room AC worked but the far side of the room where the sofa bed was set up was rather warm at night. We opened the windows but the noise was quite loud. Especially Friday night as there is a night club across the street. The sink did not drain either. The breakfast was good but the salt cellars did not work and one fell apart on my plate. The staff were friendly and helpful

Bad experience due to lack of AC. We did not experience the relaxing stay that we expected. We had difficulty sleeping. I had a bad migraine due to heat. I was given 10 % discount upon checking out but my experience cannot be forgotten

Was a pleasant stay near Nestoryplatz metro station. The hotel staff was really helpful and quick to respond to our room requests (i.e. more towel, dental kit, etc.) My rental car had a flat tire and I did not have a Austria number, the staff offered the front desks phone for me to call the emergency helpline to resolve the issue. The room was well cleaned and had not complains staying here!
