We have stayed in other 4 star Novotel hotels and this one was disappointing compared to others. Family room was quite small. There was no conditioner or body lotion which is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel and those were available in the one we stayed in Sofia, Bulgaria. The breakfast was also very average, compared to the other Novotel hotels we stayed. There was only one instant coffee available in our family room which again is not acceptable, given that we are two adults. When we asked the cleaning staff for more, they said they ran out of coffee. In the other Novotel hotels we stayed there was an actual coffee machine with capsules and mini fridge. Location is great and staff was friendly but overall we were disappointed as this hotel didn't match up the other Novotel hotels we stayed and given the facilities it had, I would expect those for a 3 star hotel, rather than 4 star.

The staff was very helpful. They were very helpful in everything. Besides, the location of the hotel was very good. It was just a few steps away from the metro stop.
