We live next to the hotel and were there for 3 nights to escape the heat in our apartment. First, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but it would be better to have also a separate top sheet then just the duvet. Located on the garden, we had no noise and sufficient light from windows - at night the lighting was a bit dim. The bath had safety bars, thank you, the shower was nice but a bit slippery. The refrigerator was great but a bit small for drinks in the summer. We did not buy anything to heat in the microwave. We ate in the hotel several times - the restaurant could use help with the menu. I have lived in Switzerland for more than 30 years and there are more options than Rösti (it's good, but enough already) and cheese; the salads need help. The service was good. The air conditioner worked well.

The room I got for the first night was below my expectations. Ground floor, next to the elevators, dining terrace next to my windows. Hard to understand, especially that I have gold status in your loyalty program. Completely different from my previous experiences with this hotel. Fortunately, I was moved to a better room after the first night - the man at he reception desk was very helpful and understanding. Wifi was extremely slow.
