very nice and fully satisfied. nice bedding, nice interior and food. And, I really thank you for Mr.TUI and Mrs.LANNA at concierge staff members. because when I was sick and needed to visit a hospital, they helped me immensely by finding a hospital and communicating with them in advance. Thanks to their help, I was able to receive great medical treatment despite it being my first time visiting a hospital in Thailand. I would highly recommend these two employees for their outstanding service. Thanks

This time was honestly one of my favorite stays so far. From the warm welcome at reception to the room upgrade and even the welcome fruit basket, all those small details made the experience feel special again. What I appreciate most is that the service never feels forced or overly formal. The team is professional, attentive and somehow always makes you feel genuinely welcome. Whenever I need to come to Bangkok, this is always my first choice and still my favorite hotel in the city. Thank you again to everyone involved for making the stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful in and out. The staff is extremely helpful. We have stayed in the club room with many inclusions and enjoyed it very much. I am giving it 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out 10 only because the pool has been closed when we have stayed and it was not communicated to us before we checked in. We are staying only in the hotels with the pools as we are spending a lot of time there. The hotel did arrange the opportunity to use the pools in other hotels though and the pools were great. They also provided us the free taxi on the way back and were very helpful during our whole stay. Overal we are very happy with our stay and would stay there again.
