Stayed at Ibis Genève Airport hotel as had fairly long layover between connecting flights Was debating enduring a chair in terminal but was persuaded to book this hotel room What a good call that was! Bathroom cubical well appointed, shower excellent, towels fluffy and bed and pillows also very comfortable Probably only had time to sleep for a few hours but it was a good sleep and also squeezed in two showers as it was an excellent temperature and pressure

The location was perfect for me as I was flying in and out of Geneva. The City is only a short train ride also from the Airport which meant could easily get into the City for a visit. A special shout goes out to the staff at the hotel, who were very helpful, and made my stay perfect

The hotel has a great price to convenience ratio. Frequent friendly shuttle service to the airport. You can walk to airport if you do not have a suitcase as part of the way is not paved but gravel. Breakfast very good and excellent price. Room adequate for a short stay.

Airport Hotel staff our not indicitive of the country. I have made that mistake in the past. If you are on a stopover, please don't let the rudeness of the hotel staff put you off the country.

This was a convenient location for my overnight in Geneva , near the airport. However, the shuttle service gap from 11:15 am until 5pm was very inconvenient, as I arrived at 1pm and had to walk to the hotel from the airport. It was somewhat difficult to find the entry point to hotel as well. I understand the price reflects the hotel, but I was disappointed that it was very warm, (no AC) in the room. Otherwise, basic amenities were provided and it was comfortable enough. Would have liked a kettle, for tea, etc- but none provided.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding our shuttle service schedule, room temperature, and amenities. Our shuttle operates during peak travel times, but we understand that the gap in service can be challenging. For future visits, please note that we do have a shorter pedestrian path from Terminal 1, and our team is always happy to assist with directions. Regarding the room temperature, while our rooms are equipped with an air-cooling system rather than individual AC units, our front desk is available 24/7 to provide fans or adjust settings where possible. Kettles are also available upon request at reception.
