Basic but clean. Staff friendly. rooms quite small and lacked tea and coffee facilities which was a shame. Breakfast quite varied and hot food sometimes available also. Card only to purchase from front desk which wasnt ideal but overall not a bad place to get your head down. 15 minute walk to centre

There was a minor delay during check-in due to some confusion, as a new employee was still getting accustomed to the process. However, this was not a significant issue. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would gladly recommend the hotel to my friends. The breakfast was enjoyable, though after four days, I found myself wishing for a bit more variety. Unfortunately, the pancake machine was out of order from the first day, and no effort was made to repair it, which was a bit disappointing as I had been looking forward to it. Despite these small setbacks, everything else was wonderful. The hotel was well-located, provided a comfortable place to rest, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely return in the future, as well as recommend it to others.

Large functional room with everything you need (except a fridge). Super friendly staff who remembered me after one or two days. Nice breakfast and good restaurant for dinner. Located 2 metro stops from centraal, and accessible by tram.
