Enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal. Shame the bar didn't stay open after 9pm Only 1 extra pillow in the room. Could have done with option of another Bed was very comfortable. Cleaners were thorough. Customer services were excellent. We had to postpone our planned trip last year through ill health but they rescheduled for this year without any issues. Got a couple of free drinks too.

- inconsistent water pressure, had hard time taking shower - front desk officer kept telling me there is something wrong with my accor membership, i did not understand - no welcome drink offered, nevermind i did not really need that

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, however not prepared to change our room. Toilets in reception area locked and bar closed at 9 p.m. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
