The hotel is 2 metro stops from Amsterdam Central and located in the Warerlooplein district, not far from the opera house. I had a double room with canal view. Both room and bathroom are quite small, but in line with other hotels in Amsterdam. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good and it is possible to have breakfast outside, in the courtyard, by good weather. There's a bar for the guests, umbrellas in case you don't have your own, apples and water at the entrance. It's possible to have pizza delivered at the reception and to hire bikes. I don't give the best rate, because I found the room a bit cold (which is a common problem at the hotels with air conditioning for warm and cold). I'll surely book here again, should I come back to Amsterdam (which is likely).0

I was disappointed that I couldn't register this stay to my accor loyality card only because the reservation was done by travel agency. I feel like I'm not an appreciated guest when I don't book directly which is a shame. When I fly it doesn't matter how I get the ticket but the fact that I'm on the plane is enough to register my flight. Being like a third class guest is not what I was looking for.

Overall, my stay was good and the room was comfortable and clean. However, the view was not great, and I was surprised there was no mini bar/fridge or a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Adding these small amenities would make the experience much better
