While we are glad to know the doors and water systems were functioning during normal hours, we completely understand your frustration regarding our aging equipment and facilities. Most importantly, we offer our deepest apologies for the major disruption caused by the water shutdown between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. While our Engineering team was conducting essential night-time water maintenance, shutting off the water supply overnight without proper prior notice or essential backup support for our guests is completely unacceptable. We are currently reviewing our overnight maintenance protocols to ensure that future scheduled works are clearly communicated in advance and that alternative water solutions are always provided to minimize guest discomfort. We also take your notes regarding our aging equipment very seriously, and your feedback has been shared with hotel management as we continue to plan necessary room and facility upgrades across the property.
