This was a four night city break to Amsterdam. The hotel was chosen for its location close to all attractions, and a few steps from Amsterdam central station. Although our room was small, we had a lovely view of the canal. The room didn't have a kettle, tea & coffee, but reception will provide you with this for free if you ask. The breakfast was an excellent buffet hot & cold food, as much as you like. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you, always helpful and friendly. Can highly recommend.We would definitely stay there again.

The room was uncomfortably small, there was no place for the suitcase, and the 'wardrobe' was extremely dysfunctional.

A simply brilliant location being so close to the main train station and the city centre. The staff team were also extremely helpful, particularly Naima, friendly and helpful, in fact they all went out of their way to be of assistance.

Location Top. Bed could have been better for the price... Are the mattresses so used that you need a topper mattress and then only put a sheet on this rayher than the whole bed? Never experianced this before at an ibis...
