The rrom I got was two single bed what I want to avoid, but they didn't gave it to me because apparently it was overbooked. The room was two hot, impossible to down the tempeture even turning off the AC. And super noisy, trains were hear since 7am and street works also, I couldn't sleep well, certainly I'll avoid this hotel next time, it's a shame because it's extremely well located

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Friendly greetings, helpful, made the atmosphere in the hotel so pleasant. I asked for a kettle & extra pillows at reception & both provided with no fuss. Comfortable beds, hot shower, excellent bathroom. Hotel is really convenient for everything, walking, trams, Eurostar. Being near main station, there are train sounds in the rooms, which do not bother me & after the last train it’s a quiet hotel. For me ideal, I will be staying again.
